Jul 7, 2010I've just purchased my first iPhone - a lightly used 3G. I'm looking at data plans. For $52 plus tax, Telus is offering me:
- 250 anytime minutes
- unlimited calling/text to any 5 numbers nationally
- free weekends/evenings after 5pm
- 500mb data
- voicemail
- call display
- 30 texts per month
I'm wondering a) if this sounds reasonable, and b) how much other iPhone users are paying for their plans.

Mar 10, 2010With the iPhone, I'm paying $71 a month for TMobile with the Unlimited Data & Text plan along with 500mins. I have my office Blackberry, so normally I just use that to call people, so no big deal on the lack of phone mins. What are you guys paying? I'm looking to reduce my monthly bill somehow.

My order status now says "prepared for shipment", and now that I check my credit card statement, I don't see the pending iPhone order there anymore. When will I get charged then? I thought it was already charged...Is this normal?
