My IPhone 4s just started flashing the apple logo and will not turn on. And recently the charge indicator is not accurate show very little charge even when it has been charging all night.Â

I plug it into the wall charger and it boots up but says the phone needs activated and wont let me do anything else and when i unplug it to plug it into the computer it shuts off. I have put it in dfu mode and it goes to restore but at the end of the process when almost done the phone shuts off.

When I woke up this morning, my iPhone 4 said that I had to activate it by connecting it to iTunes. I had no computer nearby, so I waited for a while. Now it does not react, unless it plugged in to a Mac. When it is plugged in the apple logo appears for 10 seconds and then it´s gone. It has been blinking for about 4 hours now. My iPhone 4 dropped, while in a protective case, and now won't turn on at all. However, out of know where my l_e_d flashes red and I cannot find out why. Because there is no app that I have installed that would do that and I don't have any missed calls or something like that . View 8 Replies View RelatedI've been reading posts of various people with the similar issue but I've started to see a trend. I've jailbroken about 5 phones and recently everyone except mine got stuck on the exact same apple logo of boot.
No new software was installed. The phone was working perfectly fine before it rebooted by itself. Is apple doing anything to cause this. I know this might sound stupid but a pattern gets me to think it might be true.
In my case, my phone was working perfectly and I went into the mail app to check my mail and the phone got blank and came up with the apple logo. To top it off, I don't have the ssh for my phone as It was replaced and apple stopped signing 3.1.2's. Can anyone help please.Is there anything besides restore I can try? I tried putting the phone in DFU and starting it up but it didn't help.
