IPhone :: 3G On My New IP4 Hasn't Been Working
Jul 8, 2010For the last 3 days 3G on my new iPhone 4 hasn't been working, until 10 minutes ago, I finally managed to get it working by changing the APN settings in cellular data network, from = idata.o2.co.uk, to = mobile.o2.co.uk, what it used to be, but doing this didn't only fix my 3G service it has also activated Internet tethering (which I don't pay for).
Would someone other people please try this to confirm it, come back and post your results
IPhone :: Voicemail Hasn't Been Working
Mar 16, 2010I jailbreaked my iPhone for a couple of months ago and ever since, my voicemail hasn't been working. I Can still Call my voicemail and check for messages, but no new messages, always the same. I tried calling my phone several times from a couple of my friends phones but my phone just keeps calling until i refuse the Call or until the caller hangs up. It wont transfer the caller to my voicemail :/ extremly annoying.

Apr 9, 2012just came home from a trip that i used my iphone 4s to take pictures. when i came home, the photos hadn't gotten onto my ipad. I had photo stream turned off in iCloud so I turned it on. I have connected both iPad and iPhone are connected to wifi. I had turned several things off on my iPhone during this trip because it was an international trip and I didn't want to get any extra charges. I'm not sure what I turned off because I'm not too swift with electronics. I think everything is back to where it should be now but not positive. Why hasn't iCloud sent my photos from my iPhone to my iPad ?

Feb 24, 2010I have an iPhone 3G that had a defective dock connector port. I replaced the whole assembly (including mic+antenna) and now I have no sound (ringers, keyboard, etc) on my device. I checked the switch (orange dot) and I've performed a soft reset and a complete restore, with no luck.
If I plug in headphones, I hear everything fine through the headphones themselves. Unplugged, back to no sound.
Ideas and suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Also, if there might be another part that can use replacement, please let me know.
BB Curve :: 8530 Hasn't Been Working Properly?
Jul 4, 2011So I got my new Blackberry Curve 8530 two days ago with Virgin Mobile.I have the $35/month plan with UNLIMITED data, web, & text and 300 calling minutes.I love the phone but I've had a lot of issues with it:- When I download the Facebook app it says I don't have the data/service plan for it and I've even tried downloading the v1.6 via web instead of app world.- I tried to make a BIS account and it said it wasn't registered with the service and told me to do the whole host routing table thing and I did, I DID get the registration message and I tried to make a BIS again and it still doesn't work!- When I go to the Email Setup it only has the option for an enterprise account, and I want to use a personal account.- The blackberry maps isn't in any folders or on the homescreen but it is in the options>applications folder.* Also, the twitter app, Internet, and everything else work fine!I think that's all and I really want to know if you guys have any solutions and I really love this phone! I really want to know if it's a Virgin Mobile or Blackberry issue!

I've tried resetting the router, rebooted it, rebooted the phone, forgot the network and reconnected. Nothing works. My mobile network still works though. Also, my Vaio laptop and my girlfriend's iPhone don't have any problems connecting to the network.

Mar 20, 2010I was hoping to find out why my 3GS when connected to my vehicle's handsfree system via bluetooth goes silent and I can no longer hear notifications such as incoming text messages. There is no sound via the car's speakers unless I'm actually on a call. Jun 25, 2010I have a Nissan Sentra with built in bluetooth, and I am having problems since getting the new iphone. I synced mine with no problems, but when someone calls, the phone vibrates and then only after a couple of "rings" the car display says bluetooth but there is still no audible ringing at all. The phone was not in silent mode.
With my 3G, as soon as a call came in, it would silence my radio and the car would ring to let me know of an incoming call. Anyone having similiar issues with their car bluetooth?

My phone vibrates, but I what I want is my chosen alert tone in my ear. When I get a phone call, I get the phone number read to me and the alert tone. I have tried turning the A2DP off and about a hundred other things.

Apr 15, 2010This is an unusual situation. I have this ringtone that is a song about a cartoon character. Some kids texted it to me and I saved it in my ringtones folder. Later I tried to text it to a couple family members. On one of the attempts, it didn't attach because I hit the wrong selection (not sure what).Anyway, ever since, the song comes on constantly and plays all the way through. For example, if I receive a text, the normal text alert sound goes off. But afterwards, the song starts to play and I can't stop it until it has played through. If I receive an instant message from someone on Blackberry Messenger, the normal message alert sound goes off, but afterwards the song starts and again plays all the way through.If I make a call, after I hang up the song goes off and plays all the way through. If I send an email, as soon as I hit send button, the song goes off and plays all the way through. Nothing I have tried seems to work.I have checked all my ringtone and contact settings. I have deleted the ringtone/song from my ringtone file and deleted the few messages and emails on phone where I forwarded it to myself or a family member. Putting the phone on silent doesn't seem to work. Once the song starts, I cannot stop it until it plays all 30 seconds. Anyway, I still have the same problem and the song will not quit playing. So, I think you can see my dilemma. Anyone have suggestions on how to fix this problem? I thought maybe it had a virus, but no one that I know who has the ringtone has the same problem as me. I did recently install a new update/upgrade of the Blackberry operating system. Do you think it is a problem with the update?

It says it works with S40 v3 phones.I have a new 3710, sim free, which is an S40 v5 I believe. Trying to install this app OTA I get 'certificate not on phone or SIM' when it tries to run the audible.jad file. Anyone got around this or have a solution, please? I have seen other people talking about this, but with no 'howto' that would lead to a 'yes i can' or 'no i can't' decision. There is mention of a certificate in the JAD file - can I edit this somehow to remove the certificate check? On the other hand, is there some way of installing the required certificate?
