I got online the 8800 carbon arte, but when I got it in I realized it is a fake (a nice fake, but a fake).Now I'm not sure if I should keep it and sell my old 8800, or send back the 8800 carbon fake? I cant afford a new carbon as they are well over 1grand.
features on the fake seem to be all except no pc suite option (USB gives me com port, mass storage, webcam) and no touch option. Im also assuming that the screen isnt durable.Other than that, the firmware seems to be the same (from what I gathered online)What would you do? Keep the original 8800, or use the newer 8800 carbon fake?
My Z5 dual is a fantastic phone, very strong, and i like it. But i have a tiny problem, sometime when i enter or use any application it suddenly take me to the store or take me to chrome and give me a fake warning message, i don't have a screen shots now, but i will take a screenshot when it happens to me again. this thing is so annoying and it is like an advrtisment to an app.

So I come home today to see four emails from PayPal from the four payments that have been made using my App Store account, totaling $449.95. I call Apple immediately and after being on hold for nearly 50 minutes with them trying to figure this out, I'm told my App Store account is going to be closed and that they cannot reverse the charges, so I need to file a dispute with my bank (or in my case, PayPal).
I called PayPal and they did not sound very confident in me getting my money back and said Apple should be the one reversing the charges. They guided me through filing a dispute on the charges and said that is the best they can do.
Am I screwed out of my money? Here is a screenshot of what the charges were made for (there is another $49.99 charge that is not showing up here, but appears in my PayPal account history):

I followed the unlocked instruction from AT&T to restore my 3GS iPhone from factory settings. After completing restoring, follow the steps to set up the phone and stuck at activation screen. I inserted AT&T SIM card and connected to iTune but still failed to activate with following error message on iTune: "There is no SIM card installed in the iphone you are attempting to activate. Please disconnect and insert a SIM card in the iPhone." I have retry several times (including disconnect and reinsert the sim) but no luck.

i went to apple and i got a replacement phone last weeknow i have the exact same problem, its not taking any charge, it shows that it is charging, but its not..

When I try to download a new app or update an existing app, all I get is the message "waiting..." below the app. This will go on indefinitely. When I try to download a new song or podcast, it says it is downloading but it doesn't. I have tried signing out from my itunes account and signing back in, closing all apps in multitasking, and restarting my iphone. Nothing seems to fix the problem. I can still connect it to my Macbook and update / add apps and songs / podcasts that way, but it is inconvenent. I would rather be able to do these things as I should be able to... straight from my phone.
