Dec 27, 2012Nokia E6 with Symbian Belle Refresh which I bought just a couple of days ago.It does not detect wifi internet connections at all, although they are available. When I go to settings -> connectivity and then select wifi, it searches connection for a while and then shows that none are found. Meanwhile, my old Nokia E72 remains connected to my home wifi without any problem... I am really surprised and disappointed. Also when I try to set up the connection manually, it doesn't work at all.I can't believe that such a device is being sold, a wifi connection is something extremely necessary nowadays in a smartphone. I was so attached to Nokia but I feel like it is my last Nokia phone because this is just unbelievable

Apr 29, 2015So i ran into a issue last night that could be a big problem for me down the road. I recorded a 15 sec video clip on my son saying something cute. I tried to text it to my sister (who has an iPhone) but it wouldnt attach. It said file is too large. a 15 sec video is too large??? It wasnt even on the highest setting (4K). It was on the default HD. I went into the details of the video and it was 29mb. Luckily I still have my iPhone 6 so I grabbed that, recorded my son again (of course it wasnt as good as the first time) and sent it to my sister via iMessage with no issue at all.
This may seem like a minor thing to some but the fact I cant text a 15 sec video clip to my family is ridiculous. I couldnt even email it. I love my S6 for the most part but for little things like this I can see why people prefer iOS. So my question, Is there a way to compress a video to send it via text? I did this all the time with my iPhone not only to other iPhone users but users on other platforms as well.

Jun 26, 2014Anyway, I have a one hr video clip which i need to transfer from iphone5 to my regular non apple computer.
Tried the following:
1) I tried to plug in and transfer directly but ironically, i cannot find that clip looking at the explorer folders.
2) I also noted i can't transfer large files even if i used that auto play to transfer pics.3) I tried itunes but looking at the sync function, it keeps asking me to sync pics from my computer (but i don't wanna sync pics from my computer. I wanna sync pics from my iphone TO my computer)...

Oct 19, 2010Im using the E5 and whenever I record a High quality video and save the video under Memory Card, the recording lags after 8 seconds. It works fine when I switched the settings to save under Phone Memory.I want to save longer recordings using Memory card WITHOUT the lags. I've exitted all running programs, ran phone in Offline Mode, deleted all games and songs, shut down, removed the batteries, switched it back on YET the problem persists.

I have checked the instructions and they all suggest the same, but it seems that my phone does not have the same settings. I am able to create playlists and name them but I cannot add any songs to them - whenever I open a playlist the only songs I have are the pre-installed Nokia songs. I can play songs one by one, from the music folder.

Apr 29, 2012My nokia crash during video recording when sensor (portrait/landscape) is on. Crash take after random time, usualy 5 to 15 minute. Crash apprear as blank screen and automatic reset of the phone. I use phone as vehicle recorder, so there might me a shakes. Regular turning during recording does not causing the crash.
When I set the sensor setting to off is everyfing correct. I can record 1h movie without any problem.
