Dec 1, 2014Since I updated to iOS8 on my iPhone 4s, I have been having some problems with freezing on some of the apps; most notable the music app. When the phone is on lock, it doesn't show the now playing album art. It shows the album art for the artist and song played right before I put the phone on screen lockSometimes it freezes up and I cannot change the tracks or use any of the buttons in the music app and also the track controller on the ear pods stops working too. Then I have to force shut down the music appWhen I ask Siri to play a particular song; he cuts himself off when saying what he is going to playPlayback on iTunes match through the iPhone 4S has been very slow lately, it some cases it won't play any of the songs on the iCloud at all.Certain songs will not download from iCloud / iTunes match at all; nor will they play as they are apparently not on the system for some reason.There have been a lot of download errors from iTunes app to the music app lately too.Â

I have an IEEE.org forwarding to an att.net address (at this time) when I reply from my iPhone I want the "reply to" address the recipient sees and the address used when they hit "reply" to be the IEEE.org address. I could do this in iOS6 and iOS7 but can't find it in iOS8. I am hoping I am just overlooking it...

May 20, 2010So my iPhone 3GS headphones (with the mic and remote) stopped playing audio out of the right earbud. First I went into the Apple chat on the store page and the lady said that I should be able to set up the replacement online and she then gave me the link.
The page then asked for my serial number, what was broken, what part i needed etc. simply enough really. Anyways of course there was the $29 dollar hold on my credit card until they got the replacement back but that wont be a problem.
What I was surprised about was the fact that they would pay for priority overnight for just headphones. confirmed the request Wednesday 19th 2PM, replacement was delivered Thursday 20th at 11:18am.
Just reinforced how great apple support is in my opinion

To use LTE i need to pay more so I have not a contract that include 4G network and the 4G button is completly useless for me
In my area the gsm receiption is not so good, so when I am at home with wifi, I used to disable 3G to force the phone using only gprs
Now I can't do it any moreÂ
I want to ask to apple if they can insert a triple button or something similar, to disable not only 4G but also 3G in iOS devices that support LTE networksÂ

May 15, 2010Last night i decided to restore my 3GS to 3.1.3 from 3.1.2 and when i tried to sync my apps back it would not sync them to the phone, it would show the progress bar go really fast but its impossible for something to install that fast since some apps i have are about 100-200 mb. I have the latest version of itunes(9.1.1.12) and i tried using different ports on my laptop, i tried rebooting both my phone and laptop and that did not help either. Any ideas on what to do
