I have the 8130 pearl and realized my memory was low so i had been losing all my recent messages including texts i never had a chance to read. i fixed the memory problem and everything is coming in fine now but is there a way to read the text messages i haven't seen yet?

View 7 Replies View RelatedI have an 8100 series T-Mobile Blackberry. It went swimming a couple of months ago, but after drying the phone out in a bag of rice for 2 days, it started working again. After that, I began having intermittent problems with the backlight...sometimes it would grow very dim to the point that it would be difficult to read the screen, other times it wouldn't work at all even though the phone was powered up. Eventually it stopped working completely and I got a new 8520 from T-Mobile which works great.However, I desperately need to retrieve some old text messages that are stored on the 8100. They are going to be used in a legal case (if I can get to them) and I need to get them quickly if possible. Is there a way to do this?

When it came back, the OS was upgraded to 6.0 from 5.0.all is fine except now the text messages are getting deleted after few days...what remains is the name of the sender in green with no message in it.
