I have company provided bb curve 8900.The email was configured for BB Enterprise Server Option. I have left the company and now want to use my gmail with WiFi internet connection. I am unable to get WiFi because the BB device is still configured for my ex employer's Enterprise Server. How do I remove these settings?

My sim works in the phone fine but I am unable to set up my email as it says there is one already set up. Im no longer in contact with my colleague and not sure what to do. When I try to connect to o2email.co.uk or myo2 through my blackberry, i'm getting "Error! Your account has been suspended, please contact the system administrator". I've contacted o2, and they've told me to download service packs from o2email... Which I can't connect to via my handset. Anyone know if theres a way to have them sent to my handset from a computer? The message i get is "Invalid email address or password. Verify your email addres and password. If the error persists, contact hotmail.co.uk." to setup my email address i chose "othe"r although there are options for windows live, [URL] is not there.
The strange thing is my sister got the same phone and i set her phone up for her and her's weorked straight away and she too registered a hotmail.co.uk email address.
My new E72, as to configure my email accounts on this , i cant, several times i input my username and password, it shows detecting settings and then again it comes to the first intial stage.
