Curve died, Verizon replaced it n/c, uploaded data from Blackberry Desktop Manager with the aid of a Blackberry tech, unit works fine, contacts are there, but no call history on prior or current calls.
Is this a normal occurance on the 8310 running any version of 4.5 to at random times when you hit reply to an SMS there is no history trail on the screen? Have had device replaced, reloaded software 4.5.0.182(306) 3 times with AT&T/Blackberry Tech Support while on the phone for over two hours including wipe and reload with no restore of user data. Removed SD memory card. Reformated SD card. Tried loading old version of 4.5.0.110(152) with no user data restored. The only thing that hasnt been replaced is the SIM. SMS is not set to store on the SIM. SMS Previous Items is set to 25 from 7.Running out of options. Any thoughts?
The call history on my 8900 stopped working. Does anyone have any suggestions on how it can be resolved? Background: 2 days ago call history stopped displaying dialed call. today it stopped displaying any in/outgoing calls to. Didn't made any changes to any setting, menu options etc. it just spontaneously stopped working. in call history/General Options played with the settings. Changed the "Phone List View" from "call log" to name and most recent. Recent calls I made appeared, but when I switched back to the call log setting all that is displayed are calls from Mar. 1 and previous.Troubleshooting performed: changed setting within the Call History/General Options menu. Battery Pull
I am in the process of buying a W595. The main thing that troubles me is a VERY short call history list. According to specifications this is 10 + 10 + 10 for received, dialed and missed calls. Is there a way to keep records of at least 100 or hopefully more incoming and outgoing calls?
recently i noticed that call history was not available. I.e. Suppose if i dialed for a number and after one hour dialed for the same number, here noticed recently dialed showing but not history, how i can get call history for all call logs
Even if I set the length of call history to 30 days, my phone lists far less than that.Does someone know the reason for it?And a solution, or workaround?
call history is not saving on my bb if i am doing call log then it is taking time and i can't check dialed call, recieved call or missed call and i can't open pictures when mobile is connected to laptop the picture are in jpg.rem
Is there a reason to why Siri can list my call history perfectly, but when I ask him when my last call with -insert name- was, it always says that I had a call from -insert name- yesterday, but when in fact it was today that I received my last call.Â
Where is the call history in registry in this phone? Updated to latest firmware - 10.10 and still there isn't.I also have simple Nokia 1209 model and there is this feature. Can someone help?
I hate pressing the phone button and then having to slide to the call history to tap a number.. is there a way to change the default so it just opens to my call history? On my old HTC EVO LTE i could do this.. seriously opening to a big phone pad is stupid.. who types in numbers anymore when they call people.
Is there a way to view complete history of calls received. As it only shows recent history and keep replacing the previous ones. If not can I increase the viewable limit.
Why is everybody talking so highly about iphone 4S when basic business functionality is missing? This is ridiculous! Unfortunately, I took the bait only to find that some things that I took for granted on my Blackberry 9700 are missing and I'm helpless now No Call History prior to yesterday (God knows how many entries and why the limitation when the iphone 4S is supposedly superior and has higher memory?)No means to save the contact info of the person while on the call with them on handsfree, why???Does not display Company Name when I receive an incoming calll from say, John Smith, which one??? John Smith working for Company A or B???NO Call Notes feature? Why?
I wrote a post here before realizing that the thread trail (Home -> Forum -> Canadian Carrier Discussion -> TELUS Mobility -> CDMA Network and Devices) was pretty narrow, and the thread itself seemed bloated. So I moved it here. I've done a bit of the "intro" stuff: up/down-loaded pictures/ringtones and changed the cover display, so i'm pretty familiar with p2k Commander. But, like some other folks (and as i say in my post) i found either myself incompetent or the software lacking. Regardless, I've experienced some success with this direction so i think i'm gonna take it as far as i can.
I bought an iPhone 4S last night and while tinkering around in the settings, I noticed that the phone is showing a lifetime call total of 13 days, 22 hours! How can this be? I've had the phone for a total of 14 hours! Was I sold a refurb instead of a new product?
I recieved a call about two weeks ago. It was an incoming call, I answered, the call lasted about 10 minutes, and I wrote down the number to call them back. I must have written the number down incorrectly because it does not reach him. In the Phone app, under Recents, it shows a list of recent calls. However, I receive a lot of calls so that call is already no longer listed, it only lists back about a week. Is there some way that I can still access the number that called me two weeks ago? Would the number be saved anywhere that I can access? I have no other means of contacting him.
Since a few weeks my incoming and outcoming calls are visible only in the general phone call history. If I ask to view the call history of a specific contact the activity is registered only until two weeks ago. Contacts with recent activity only have the call history empty. Also in the contacts' recent activity (at the bottom of the contact details) I find only messages ecc. but no recent call history, only calls of more than 2 weeks ago are in there.
