View 3 Replies View RelatedI do not have a media card in my black berry 8310,therefore, I use the internal memory for pictures and stuff. When I plug my blackberry into the computer it recognizes that something was plugged into it but when I go to Computer to access the D: drive, my removable drive, the computer tells me to plug in a removable disk, yes whilst my blackberry is already plugged in, very frustrating. i dont understand why. Also i do not get a message on my phone to turn the mass storage on or off, i went to options and i have it on and tell my blackberry to prompt me also.if the first problem can be resolved and my computer can recognize my blackberry as a storage device, is it possible to recover any lost pictures off of my internal memory with recovery software?

I just updated my software to 5.0 1596 and when I was synching my blackberry with my computer I got the following message " The following changes from address book microsoft outlook will be applied t your device data in address book - 233 additions". When I click accept the sync stops and I got an error message - 0x80040fb3 and I only have 4 contacts and no memos.

View 2 Replies View RelatedMy IPhone 4s was working properly and will NOT sync to my PC using Windows 7 or Windows XP, Latest version of ITunes Available, and everything updated. I updated my IPhone to the latest version of IOS available yesterday, and now it will not Sync. Nothing else has changed but the update was made yesterday, I have turned my phone off and on a couple of times, tried turning the WiFi on and off, restarted my computer, tried 3 USB Cables, but nothing.
