BB Curve :: Cannot Activate Internet?
Sep 14, 2011I was in with o2 today as I have the o2 unlimited plan with the internet bolt on...the guy in the o2 shop updated my ph to a newer version as the internet was a bit slow...he told me when i got home to update my ph through the disc that came with the ph as this would update everything and give me a btr service and also to make sure that I hit back up before i hit update...I did all that however just as the update finished it said "not all could be updated & some files may have been lost". I checked my ph and almost everthing was gone I synced my ph again and found a restore so I did that and my yahoo and facebook did not update. I have tried the internet and it is not working...I have checked my services status and its telling me that blackberry internet service and blackberry enterprise server is not

Jun 25, 2010i found out i didnt have the blackberry data plan, and my cost was going up for the internet, so i phoned orange up, and now i should have unlimited internet, i made sure it worked for blackberry, i get unlimited internet for an extra 5 pound. it was only 24 hours ago that i did this, but i have no signs of it comming through yet, do you know anyway to check to see if its came through, or if there's something i have to do to activate it?

Dec 5, 2011I downloaded an app that uses GPS on my blackberry but the GPS appears to be off. I tried going to the location settings and under the tab for GPS Data Source it only has the option "none" and i cant find any other option to turn on the GPS. Any tips?
