BB Curve :: Freezes When Trying To Create Video Recording
Mar 29, 2011
I have the Blackberry Curve andthe subject pretty much explains it. I used to be able to create videos with no problem. A few months ago it started acting up. When I switch to the video camera everything is fine, but as soon as I hit the start recording button it immediately freezes up. The red light starts flashing and the only way to resolve is by battery pull reset.
I have a new Motorola RAZR on the Rogers network.I'm having a real tough time recording any video with it.I've tried several different recordings (primarily of the kids playing hockey in the arena), and I can only get a few seconds to a minute or so before it freezes. After viewing the playback, it looks as if the audio is still being recorded, however the video image freezes. Then it kicks me out and back to the home screen.
I'm having a big problem recording video with the Motorola DROID RAZR.I can record about 1-2 minuts and then it freezes.I notice that is seems some audio is still being recorded (as I can hear it on the playback), but the video just locks up.Also, I notice that it boots me out of the camera and back to the home screen.I've tried recording when saving to the micro-card or internal. Both ways are still ineffective. Also, I've noticed that sometimes, when call are coming in, the screen is unresponsive and cannot pick-up the call. I'm not sure if this is related, but I thought I would mention here anyway.
reduce the audio recording level for video shoots?Cause if its just a little loud, the whole soundtrack gets distorted.Another nice one would be if we could get the noise cancellation mic thats next to the headphone plug to record a second audio track, making it stereo..
i am unable to record videos, when ever i try to i get the error " failed to start recording". i can also play none of the videos and Internet videos doest work too.
I have a Galaxy S6 edge on T-Mobile and juts noticed this morning that whenever I attempt to record a video I get a warning stating "The video codec is currently being used by other applications..."
Is it possible to determine which application has it in use? I've closed all running applications which didn't resolve the problem. Restarted the phone without starting any other applications before the camera and that failed. I'm not seeing any information about this issue in the couple of searches I've done so far but wonder if it's an isolated issue or something common.
Short of a Factory Reset, which I'm not fully opposed to doing, is there a potential solution?
If I receive a call during recording a video, the video gets lost. Can I change settings or is there any solution to save the video before accepting the call? Or is it simply a flaw in the software that the video is not saved automatically?
i believe i found a bug with 3.1. videocamera pauses while video recording when a live paper is being used when wallpaper is just a picture than it works properly.
I was filming my family and the video stuttered and stopped altogether after a few seconds. Then the app went to a green screen (totally green) and I couldn't fix it. I had to reboot the phone to get it to work normally. Is that normal?
I have been using Sony Xperia Z2 for some weeks now and I noticed that the video camera is not working. Anytime I click on it, it shows me error that the camera is not available.
i got my phone about 2 months ago. it worked fine for about a month, and then, just like that, it started to freeze in the middle of the recording for about 2-3 secs, then started rec ok, and agaian freezed for 2-3 secs and so on. After i downloaded the movie and played it, it played the same as the recording(with the freezed sections, but with sound). I checked the sw version(the last one), i changed the card, i formatted it. The problem(for now) is solved by taking down the recording quality, but i dont want this to be a permanent solution.
I have a Blackberry Torch 9810 and in the tutorial video it shows that I should be able to zoom in and out of the video recording screen with the volume keys but for some reason I can't.
While recording a video today I noticed that the max time I could record was set at 5 minutes. I was not in the text app and recording a video as of I were going to send it, but rather the normal camera mode. Is this the default? If so, can it be changed? I looked in settings and could not seem to find anywhere to change it.
Is there any way to use 4K video recording in more than 10 mins? Because i try to use it but it closes after 5 mins due to temperature rising (auto close).
I can only asume these 2 issues are somehow linked, when I try to watch a video on Facebook I get an error "the video cannot be played, an unknown error occured, if I open the same video in youtube, I just get a black screen, a reboot will fix it for a little while but not long, when I get the error, it will not let me record video with the camera either, just says camera is not available as soon as I hit record, mines a z2 and the problem only started since the lollipop update, if I reboot, I can watch videos and record video, after a while both errors return, its getting very annoying.
My video recording in stuck in slo-mo, don't know if I am missing something or what. Camera Mode is not set to Slo-mo. I can set it to that and than back to Auto but it still records in Slo-mo. What is going on and how I can turn it off?
On older Galaxy S-phones, there used to be a way (thru Samsung Video Player) to grab stills from videos after they are recorded. I can't find a way to do this on my S6 - only to grab stills *during* recording. This seems kind of backwards. Any way to do this on the S6?
Having problems with the sound quality of their video recordings?I have a lot of background noise even in the quietest of rooms.I exchanged my Galaxy S5 after a week because everyone kept saying I sounded muffled and my voicemail sounded muffled too. Verizon swapped me into a new S5 and although the sound of my voice and voicemail are better, the video recording sounds are horrible. If the subject is talking it the background noise takes away from the voice. in a quiet room, still noise even though there is no fan or a/c going and windows are closed. I have enabled the noise reduction in the call sound setting.
I have purchased a Sony Xperia Z3. My main point of interest is its ability to record 4K ultra HD videos.
Since I run a YouTube channel where I regularly upload aviation based content, I was wondering if it is possible to use the Handset to continuously record 4K video without letting the processor overheat?
Im using the E5 and whenever I record a High quality video and save the video under Memory Card, the recording lags after 8 seconds. It works fine when I switched the settings to save under Phone Memory.I want to save longer recordings using Memory card WITHOUT the lags. I've exitted all running programs, ran phone in Offline Mode, deleted all games and songs, shut down, removed the batteries, switched it back on YET the problem persists.
Does anyone have this problem?? Everytime I record a video from my Xperia neo v, the video recording is very choppy! It also happens after I view my recorded video...
My problem is in the video recording mode..when i'm in the middle of recording, the motion in the screen moves slowly for about half a second..and sometimes it stucks before it went back normal and then again stuck...i'm terribly angry when i'm recording the precious moment of my child's first step walking...i'm using the high quality setting and when i used the normal setting, the problem is gone but the picture is not good as the high quality setting.......
