Every time I try to download the app world I get to the 'select download language' screen and when I click 'next' I get *error* in the top left of my screen and a message saying 'sorry the requested item could not be loaded'!
v5.0.0.681 (platform 5.2.0.67)
I cannot select the top item in most menus and 2nd or 3rd in some.

View 2 Replies View RelatedI selected "I never want to have any words or letters replaced" in Words Suggestions in Language and Input. I can see word suggestions on top of Xperia keyboard but I am unable to select the words. The letters below the words gets selected instead. This only happens in phone is held upright (portrait). The selection works when phone is rotated horizontal (landscape).
That leads me to another problem, when in horizontal (landscape), only a slither of the doc avail for editing. The keyboard takes up 2 thirds of the space, and apps tool bar takes the rest of the real estate above that. Hence I almost never input any docs/apps on the Z3 horizontally. Maybe the real estate issue is because I use large font size.
I have just buy a new Z2, every time i turned off and turned on the mobile it ask me to select mobile lamguage?

Now trying to add Speech Language English (United States) but only gets "Error downloading". Also tried English (United Kingdom) with some failure.
I've downloaded the new BlackBerry OS6 software for my Pearl 9105, however, since then, I can't access App World, when selected it just gets stuck, BlackBerry Protect is also having problems, I get the error message 'Error starting net_rim_bb_dryad_gui: Symbol 'Security.device UnderAttack' not found.'
I've uninstalled App World and reinstalled but still have the same problem.
My BB torch will not download anything form the Appliance world!! its statrs to download the program but never ends downloading, how can i resolve this and also delete what it started to download!

If the problem continues, contact the web page administrator. Error code: 10030 That was about 7 hours ago.Since then I have used the same URL on my laptop and successfully accessed, read and sent some mail with no issues and yet my 9300 still shows the same error message and won't progress from that screen. I have tried going through the desktop version of the BT site as well on my BB, still with the same results.

With very slow browsing that mostly fails by saying "Unable to find the requested server" I have a Dlink router model 2730u. I tried restarting the router, resetting it, scanning for the wifi connection, restarting my BB device, Removing the battery for minutes are restarting again. ALL failed. View 1 Replies View Relatedevery time i try to browse the web at home on my curve 9300 with wifi i get the error message 'unable to find requested surver' if i turn wifi off then i can browse with no problems, i have a data plan and have tried the following:-
1, hard device re-boot
2, downgrade to previous software
3, reset my home router
4, turned off wifi, deleted my connection, re-boot then reconnect.
i have also checked trouble shooting and found that 'Blackberry infrastructure' has a connecting error. im starting to pull what little hair i have left from my head

Since then, when my phone reboots, the theme with its moving water appears, but nothing else works on the phone. None of the keys work and the screen display, other than the moving water, is frozen too. I have tried taking out the battery, waiting and then rebooting. All that happens is that the theme returns, and is stuck again. I have attached it to my laptop, but the Blackberry Desktop Software can't connect with the phone.
