Their is a triangular symbol comes with the network .And it shows to network at a time.I am in roaming.Can't able to understand the problem.When i make call it shows 'No service currently available'.It's a 3G set and i am not activated any 3G plan yet. It is Curve 9330.

I have a BlackBerry Curve 9300 3G and my Service Provider is O2. When I first got the phone, I had only topped it up 10GBP which meant I didn't have the BlackBerry internet (data) service/pack. My phone could still send & recieve incoming calls and texts but now that I have topped up again 15GBP (the amount at which I can get the Data pack), The top bar has just been saying : 'Searching for Network. even though it was working before. Now I cannot recieve or send a call or even text. The 3G doesn't work but the WiFi does. The Line with the upside-down triangle on it has an 'x' next to it.

When I check for airtime SUPPLEMENTARY SERVICE ERROR - GENERAL ERROR. I have put my sim card into another. Phone and was able to make n receive calls and smses. But when I put my sim into my blackberry I am not allowed to. My blackberry is vodafone I am currently using a cellc sim card in it. The phone has worked fine from the time I bought it in december 2011 till september 2012.

When I ring someone it doesn't ring their end but on my phone it says connected and when people ring me they can hear me but I can hear them. View 2 Replies View RelatedI have had my Blackberry 9700 since July 2010 with no problem until this past week it has stopped making and receiving phone calls and I can't send or receive SMS. When I try to make a call, it instantly comes up with "Call Failed". I have talked to my carrier (o2) and they too cannot come up with a fix, there is no issue from there part as the sim card works fine on another phone. Strange thing is I can still use the internet on 3G, send and receive emails and my BBM works.
In Manage Connections >> Services Status, it says:
Status: not available
Connection: not connected
Blackberry internet service:
Connection: Mobile network

Also when I press the green send key, no previously dialled numbers are shown. If I receive a missed call and press "show" I just get the home screen.

It happen to my friend Lumia 1020 as well but maybe 2 times and 1 year old as well. I am on 2G 99% of the time, can't figure out what is the problem.

the phone occasionally turns off when i call, or recieve a call (i hear a click and phone turns off). i have to manually start it again. sometimes the problem persists for a few next calls, while sometimes it doesn't. anyways,i usually let it be for a day or two, and use my old phone. but this is getting really frustrating now, after all, i bought it to use it!i have tried the hard reset, the factory reset. i took it to the official repair shop here in my country, where i demanded they take away the **bleep** vodafone, preventing me to update further than v20 firmware.the repair shop gave it back, saying there are no more problems. im taking a guess even they did those soft/hard resets. i have the latest firmware (v30) and yes the phone does work much faster, but just now i did get another shutdown when having a conversation ! i even uninstalled pretty much all not needed apps (facebook, Internet, accuweather, games, ...) on the new firmware.i cannot have such a unpredictable phone, especially when i am working and have to take important calls. imagine how it is, when the phone dies in the middle of important conversation with the boss/costumer.

View 3 Replies View Related it doesn't always ring when I get a call. Yes, Airplane mode is off, the ringer is on. Take yesterday for instance, over a period of 5 hours, four calls didn't ring, 3 went to VoiceMail, one showed as a missed call, three other calls came through normally. During this entire time the phone was sitting on my desk, fully charged.
