So i had a used blackberry curve 9300 and when i charge it the battery diesnt go up ( logo on top right corner ) and well after 30 min my phone closes and whitout telling me low batery or teh logo of battery is still at 4 bars and i was wondering is it the phone or battery tanks

If I take the battery out and put it back in and then put it on charge, a red light comes on for about 10-15 seconds and then nothing else happens. Ive only had it 4 days and this has never happened before.

I've left it over night to charge for more than 8 hours but it still didn't work. So I thought the battery spoilt and bought a new one.My phone was working normally with the new battery, but when my phone ran out of battery when I was out yesterday night, I tried charging it but it would not charge. I returned the phone to my carrier in the uk 3. The phone was unrepairable and was replaced under warranty. Now the replacement phone has the same problem but they are saying that it is a user issue and not a warranty issue. If they are to repair it, I need to pay £119 which is ridiculous as I could buy a new one for £179. They have told me that the charging connection is damaged on one of the internal terminals.

When I attempted to configure my email, it automatically asked to update with my carrier's email setup software. I just chose ok. I got three warning messages, which I don't exactly remember but it was about something may not function correctly (regarding to version difference). I just continued installation, and it asked for a reboot. When I rebooted the mobile, it goot stuck at the boot screen. Then nothing! The thin status bar bellow BlackBerry's logo fills up until it's full, then nothing happens.
