Now a days whenever i restart device the above mentions message appears, i don't understand what is means. Recently i updated above mentioned official os from carrier site & also reinstall many bb & third party aps according to os change. but exactly don't understand where things went wrong.
My Curve 8520 is stuck and continues to reboot. I keep getting this message when it verifies the security: "Uncaught Exception: Index 19>=19" then the screen goes completely blank and then a white screen pops up and says "App Error 523"
I've been using my BB with no new softwares or configurations for more than a week. Suddenly, when one of my tasks that was snoozed came to alert again, my BB froze. Maybe it was when I was taking it from my pocket and pressed the shortcut key that calls QuickLaunch. Maybe QuickLaunch menu was open before task alert appear. When I reset it (soft reset), after the PIN and BB lock passwords, it shows the message: "Uncaught exception: Index 2 >= 2". After I press Ok another error comes: "Uncaught exception: java.lang.Error", this one appears 3 times (must press Ok 3 times). I've pulled out the battery, and when I turn on, a white screen shows a tiny "reset" option (just this), that when pressed repeats the precess I described above. Now Tasks don't work anymore. When I call it I receive a message: "Uncaught exception: Application.Registry.getOrWaitFor(0x1c83a547b3934c 66) missing owner".Any hint of how do I fix it?I plan to backup all data and applications, then reinstall OS. Will this wipe all data? Will I manage to restore 3rd part applications? Anything else I must do to guarantee that all data and applications will be restored?
My BB 8900 keeps telling me this: "uncaught exception: index 6 >=6"sms has completely disapeared!!! I can't even receive them any more!I'm not so capable to deal with electronic devices and I really don't know what to do...
I just got the error uncaught exception: index 4>= 4 today. It pops up in a dialogue box, but I can't click 'ok' or exit the screen. It won't let me access anything and then the screen just turns black like it is going to sleep.I know it's a buggy app, but I can't press any buttons to get to the home screen, or anything like that.I've tried pulling the battery and basically hitting every button possible to try and get it figured out..
I have read the 3rd party theme thread and followed the instructions (switch to stock theme, do battery pull) but it has not worked, i am still receiving this uncaught exception message. I did have a 3rd party plazmic today theme installed, but have deleted it in hopes that it would correct the problem. i tried to send myself an email and sms message but they did not go through. I do not have unread messages as far as i know (no asterisk).
I am unable to use my phone, get to my contacts, etc. This message is on the display. I can remove the battery and re-insert and it goes away, but the moment I touch any key, the message is back!! I NEED to use my phone.

I'm running a nextel 8350i version 184.108.40.2063 (459) on boost using the workaround posted on this forum and other places (combined3.ipd service books, etc) and have had the same setup for about 6mos with no problems. last night after getting red Xs next to outgoing MMS messages, I did a battery pull. upon startup, I got this error message. Uncaught Exception: Index 18 >= 18
I am currently unable to send/receive MMS messages and there is no MMS option under my message folder or MMS option after bringing up the BB menu when viewing a contact. I have done approx 10 batt pulls, reinstalled the service books, hooked the phone up to desktop manager and checked for updates, with no change. every time the phone is rebooted I still get the same error message. phone calls still work fine, as well ubertwitter and the gmail app. I have instango on the phone as well, along with the ESPN app, opera mini, accel golf scorecard, and quickpull, although none of the above apps have been used in days.
I have a problem with my BB Blod 9700 last night, my phone is keep rebooting with a message: "uncaught exception index 18>=18" and then it was freezed at a white screen with message: "app error 523"; i took out the battery and reboot it, however, same situation occured again,
My phone ran out of battery so i charged it, once the phone turned on i was prompted with a message that said "Uncaught exception: Index 4>= 4" and ever since this has appeared i can't read my messages or create text messages
I am using BB Curve 8520 for past 2 years off lately my phone has started behaving weird
1) When ever I restart the phone give me this error message "Uncaught exception: java.lang.NoClassDelFoundError".
2) I went to make a call and the speaker keeps flicking to headset and back, I have never connected a headset so it cannot be the settings issue. I tried the below solution it worked for a day and phone started behaving the same from yesterday...Do a simple reboot on the BlackBerry in this manner: With the BlackBerry device POWERED ON, remove the battery for a minute, and then reinsert the battery to reboot. A reboot in this manner is prescribed for most glitches and operating system errors, and you will lose no data on the device doing this.
I have a new Torch, one week old.Screen freezing up often, many icons don't work by touch screen or scroll button. Have gotten a few error messages and rebooted (take out battery) numerous times:"uncaught exception: Index 31 >=31" "error 603" (think was the number, i am paraphrasing)"uncaught exception: Application net_rim_bb_messaging_app (110) is not responding; process terminated"blackberry instant message app process terminated" paraphrasing. The icons that I cannot get to work include: "messages"(e-mail), "text messages", "browser"....Still, does not work. Some items do work upon reboot ("contacts", "camera", "clock", "google apps" including e-mail via that....)
I just upgraded my software this morning and on reboot I received an error message "uncaught error: Index 12>=12" then it rolled over to a new error message. App error 523 and it only gives you The option to reset. I have done this 4 times and have tried a hard reboot and my BB is still not responding. I t is basically locked on The error page and will not switch from The page. The phone does not function at all.
I recently had an error message come up on my blackberry curve 8520 saying 'uncaught exception 3', this message now comes up every time i switch my phone on. I originally thought it was from one of my apps that i had downloaded and now removed from my device. My keypad is now not completely working. I would like to also save all my contacts to my sim as i don't want to lose them all if my phone does break altogether.
When ever I take backup of my blackberry 8900 I get a message displayed on screen after the back up is done saying "Uncaught exception: module with handle and index has no application entry point
My curve firsts gave me error messages uncaught exception application registry get or wait for (0x7c802477365c3985) now my phone keep giving me a white screen when I switch it on with app error 253 reset. Keep resetting and same white screen. What do I do?
So for last 2 days when adding a contact.........phone freezes up and this error message appears: Uncaught exception:net.rim.device.api.system.ObjectGroupRea dOnlyException rolling trackball to "ok" doesn't make it go away...only doing a battery pull does Anyone have any ideas or this happen to you to?
Beginning yesterday afternoon, I started having issues with the facebook app (the newest edition offered through BB apps) on my BB 8310. When I click on certain items in my notifications page in the facebook app, I get the following message: Uncaught exception: null. What is this and why am I getting it all the sudden?
There's only one trouble with my 8900. many times when i hit the call logging to make a phone call, i get an error message Uncaught exception net.rim.device.api.system.objectgroupreadonlyexcep tion then i had to do battery pull. it fixes temporarily then this error would come back again whenever i press call button. my free memory is 131 mb. sometimes i feel when im running many apps, i get it more frequently than when running fewer apps. is space causing this also?
Does anyone know how to fix this error Uncaught exception:java.lang.NullPointerException.I started getting it after I downloaded the current software for the T-Mobile desktop manager v4.6 onto my computer then updated my 8320. My faves will not program to the phone. Each time I try to refresh the My Faves program I get this error.
