i upgraded to .656 last week, but haven't been on mobile Internet since before that. my girlfriend's bb won't do the mobile site either, but she has an 8520 and hasn't updated any software.
she said she googled her issue and apparently bb updated something and Internet doesn't work for any bb user.

The only problem i am facing is , that when i use desktop manager 6 to find updates for my phone, it says no update found. and when i click on view other versions , it shows os6 , but im unable to update as it says " only active blackberry service subscribers are entitled to install this blackberry device software upgrade " , now i DONT have a Data plan on my bold ! just using wifi to browse the net.. is this the reason why it is unable to update ? my brother has bb 9780, he updated without any problems to new bundle of os 6 ! even he doesnt have a data plan !please guide me ! i saw many links for the leaked version, but i want the official update only ! i downloaded desktop manager from blackberry site.

I keep getting this message whenever i launch my camera. Initially when i bought the Bold 9700 i did not have a problem but after a month or two it started & since then i tried everything but couldnt get it working. Now i have upgraded the software to 5.0.0.536 & it still gives same error......plz help out i am at my wits end....
the pinch zoom on my phone doesnt seem to work. If i am browsing the web i cant pinch to zoom in i have to click the scroll button to zoom. Otherwise the touchscreenw works perfectly fine.. and its the same with pictures i cant zoom in my pinching on the picture but all this used to work ever since yesterday it doesnt.

It just takes a shot of a white screen. Should I update the OS and try again? I'm currently running .330 which is the default for all tmo bolds. This is the only solution I can think of. If anybody knows something I don't about this please speak up.

Every time I try to go to a full site, it displays a loading bar and after that it just shows a blank screen. Even when I try to search on google, the result page is always blank. Love the phone, everything that I disliked about the Curve, has been fixed in the 9700 series.My company uses T-Mobile as the carrier and everything works great except the UMA feature.I am guessing that there is a firmware difference between the AT&T and T-Mobile models.

I cant use it with ichat or any app so face time is my only route. Have tried in 5 different location with 3 other iphone 4 users. gets stuck on "connecting" and eventually fails. So Apple - you can either approve an App that lest me chat with an ichat user or give me money for the iphone 4 + another phone since I sold my old phone.
