I tried updating the webbrowser in my nokia asha 200 but in the process the was a problem. If I now try to open the web browser it tells me there is a conflicting application. What do I do now?

As long as you are using the cookie it creates, then PHP will not generate a new random number. You can see this by hitting refresh - the number will not change.If you visit the page (script) on Firefox, Internet Explorer, Chrome etc and then delete the cookie, a new random will generate.If you visit the page (script) on Nokia Browser and then clear cookies, returning to the page does not generate a new number.
