IPhone 6 :: Plugging In To Computer To Sync Worsen Its Battery?
Dec 9, 2014
If my iPhone is say around 75% battery, and i plug it into my laptop 3 times a day for around 15 minutes each time to sync, will it degrade its battery?
I dropped it and it turned off. When the lock button worked I could just press the home and lock button down and the apple icon would appear. What do I do now? I already tried plugging it into my computer.Â
The port on my Curve 8330 is broken and I am receiving a new phone today. The lady at Verizon said I would have to write down all the phone numbers and then put them into my new phone manually. Is there anyway to get around this headache?
I had a piece of electrical tape over my phone for a few days and I swear it makes the signal harder to pick up somewhat. Prevents death grip and can pick up the signal and sustain it, but getting that signal seems tougher. Can anyone attest?I think I'm going to keep it off and just deal or use the pIxelskin.
My original computer died, and I don't have a phyical back up of my data. If I try to sync the device to a new computer will I lose everything currently on my phone? If so, is there a way around this?
my old laptop has broken so I went out and bought a new one. Am I right in assuming that if I plug in my iPhone into the new laptop and turn of automatic syncing all my files should remain? and that if I click on transfer purchases all my files will transfer from my iPhone to my new laptop?
I upgraded to 4s and my son uses the old 3GS (he thinks its an itouch) so I don't want to plug it in to my mac and risk it being recognized (and messing up my contacts etc.,) but I can't get it to upgrade to iOS5 either...
My IPhone 4s was working properly and will NOT sync to my PC using Windows 7 or Windows XP, Latest version of ITunes Available, and everything updated. I updated my IPhone to the latest version of IOS available yesterday, and now it will not Sync. Nothing else has changed but the update was made yesterday, I have turned my phone off and on a couple of times, tried turning the WiFi on and off, restarted my computer, tried 3 USB Cables, but nothing. I have two screen shots attached of progress bar and error message received. Sync Session Fails to Start?
I have a new Macbook Air replacing an old Mac. How do I sync my iphone 4s to the new computer rather than the old one and mantain everything that I have on it now?
My computer crashed, now I have a new computer. My iphone was originally cynced with the old computer. Now when I try to cync my iphone, I get a message that all my music will be deleted before Iit is cynced.
I am trying to sync my 3gs to my computer, i have authorized it already. It starts to sync then gets to "determining which apps to sync" then just stops.

I've been sync-ing just fine for 2 years and suddenly when I try to sync, I get this error message, "This iPhone cannot be used because the Apple Mobile device service is not started."
I just got a new computer. Its a macbook pro and I synced all my old stuff from my old computer so I have all of my music in my library but iTunes doesnt seem to recognize my iphone and I cant sync it to get my new music.
Currently I have an iPhone with my 2008 Macbook. I'm going to be getting rid of it soon but I would like to still be able to use my iPhone like normal. I want to switch it to my Windows desktop. How can that be done? Am I able to copy my iTunes library to another machine? Do I have to wipe it first?
