Lately I up graded my phone to an iPhone 5s.
Before I had an iphone 4s this phone was sold on to a cashbroker, recently someone has purchased this phone from the cash brokers and have contacted me to say that my icloud account is still connected to the phone.
How can I erase this from the iPhone 4s ?
Can I do this without actually having to have the phone?

I don't see how I can remove music I don't want on my phone anymore. When I sync with Itunes, I try to delete songs from the phone but it won't work. Short of reseting my phone, I don't know what to do.

I have set up iCloud on my iMac and on my iPhone 4s. I can send an email from my iPhone to see on my iMac but not the other way around. If I am to recieve an email from a friend I want it to appear on my iPhone, and all my mac devices, thats the whole point of iCloud.

I cannot turn iCloud on my iPhone. When I access through my 'settings' menu, it's telling me my account needs to be verfied and I need to check my email. Well, the email that's listed is wrong!
