I am a new user for hazel mobile and i need some help with some questions
1- why can't i use the zoom property in the camera in 5 or 3 or 1 MP but i can use it in VGA shooting and also in the video but in the MP i can't zoom?
2- i find that all the pics i take always get saved in the memory card, and i can'r make a choice between phone or memory card can someone tell me why?
3- when someone is calling me,i always find this message appear to me "Ciphering n't provided by operator,insecure transmission" can someone explain it to me ?
4- what family does this mobile belong to because i don't know when i want any programs or themes what family do i choose? please i need help from anyone
My mobile j20i also known as hazel keeps connecting to the inet by itself.This Happened this afternoon after I finished charging my phone. I dont know how and why even when I just turned iton I have that blue globe for about one minute, after that it disappear. A moment later it pops out again. Im sure I didnt open any programs it just keeps going and going which I found very annoying.
Looking to buy the newly released SE Hazel. Any suggestions for reputable shops to buy from? Will be using it on AT&T 3G network in US. http://www.mobilecityonline.com/wire mpaign=froogle That link says it is Imported and the technology is 3G EURO. Will that make a difference in the US? Is SE going to release a US model of the phone?
I am having problems surfing online on sites such as facebook or google while using WiFi on public access points. And I am in range and the bar is full, and my camera when I take pics at night the light is yellowish and the picture comes out with yellowish lighting.
To make a call i need to always slide the phone, cant i make a call without sliding?And most of the time when i try to make a call,it just disconnects even though there is full signal.Whats the solution for it?Please help!
My German Hazel does not want to use Canadian WiFi! No matter if I am trying to login to my home WLAN or using an open hotspot - I get a mixture of messages but no WiFi access: "Out of network area, not available, error in communication etc.". I am not using any data plan, just plain prepaid on FIDO.ca - therefore a phone able to use WiFi.Sometimes the Hazel briefly logs-in to my home WLAN, but than immediately drops out on an ongoing basis, i.e. in/out continuously when in auto-login mode. If it stays in for longer than 30 sec. (rarely) and I select 'Internet' I am prompted to choose a network provider - something I don't want when using my WLAN. I never had the chance to use the browser or any internet service at all. I updated the phone software 2 days ago - no improvement!
I had sony ericsson k750i - a gem amongst cell phones I must say. I recently purchased T715 and it is indeed a nice "no nonsense" phone. But I must say, I am missing the "macro" feature in the camera. I am an origami folder and this feature (earlier in K750i) helped me a lot to emphasize my origami models. And also what is the use of 3.2 mega pixel camera if I cannot zoom? Can any modding be done to get both "macro" and zoom options?
I bought my SE Elm today. About the camera, when I am in the camera mode I cant zoom it and there is a message flashing, "Zoom not possible at this resolution. Select a smaller picture size. I tried all the picture size but nothing happened. I still cant zoom my camera. About the messaging settings, I cant select the "My Own Word" setting. It says that Currently unavailable. 1 more thing I noticed about my handset. The asterisk sign in the keypad is not well lit. Its like have some low light, while others(1,2,3,4 and so on) have the same lighting.
I thought I may start an Elm/Hazel thread for discussion as it seems many of you have one of the two phones now. I wanted to do this to discuss any problems with things like firmware & issues & other stuff rather than discussing this in the picture thread. I can't decide should I buy Elm or Hazel? I heard about all those firmware update and thats new to me, because I never did anything like that to my old K750i. Is it neccessary to update to the latest firmware? I've also heard that Hazel has a lot of bugs. Is that truth? And recharge problems, are they that bad as they say? I've recharged my K750i for about every 2 weeks.
It's not about my network having poor reception, my network has fairly decent 3G coverage in my area as my Dad's BlackBerry Bold constantly gets 5 bars of 3G. I bought a Hazel, I love it but seems I've been getting rather poor reception. I tried switching to GSM only but I only get unstable reception. Is there a software update? Too bad the phone doesn't come with a USB cable.
My purpose is to go for voip call through wifi but in J20i,I only found sip settings under the connectivity menu without any voip client?,can anyone help me in this regard.
I was thinking to get one next week especially for it's price and design. I just wanted to know how is the 16M color TFT display of the device? How sharp and vibrant is it? I previously owned a W995 and I was shocked by the poor display of it, the colors looked so faded, though it had 256K screen. The best 16M colored display (non touch) I owned was the N95. Can I expect same from Hazel? or better or worse? and What about the earpiece volume? Is it that same medium range like other SE phones or been increased?Hazel owners please put your inputs. Is just me? Or does the red/rouge hazel look so damn sexy? Don't get me wrong, I'm a straight guy, but damn! I love that red look on hazel when I personally handled it on a store.
I have downloaded many thm themes for my Sony ericsson hazel mobile, but am not able to use a single one. When i try to set the theme, it says theme incompatible, cannot set! Can u plz tell me what the problem is or what i can do?
I just bought a hazel phone last week. I noticed that in the Messaging box there, the conversation tab is missing!I like this function very much i try to re-intall the firmware also doesn't help anything. Anyone have the same problem with me? and anyone could tell me how to solve this problem?

I would like to know the best 3 top Java applications 3 games that you people use and why. Applications could include VOIP, IM, motion sensing, GPS. I am searching for one myself. But other than Google maps haven't been able to find anyone like wisepilot with voice navigation. And guys the apps should be free.

I bought hazel just 1 week ago and I m very upset that I can't customize equalizer. 5 preset option is there normal, bass, mega bass, voice, & treble but I am not happy with bass & mega bass and loudness. I want to mexamise it to my comfort level which is not available.
After coming to terms with the fact that I will not be able to get my hands on the c901 in Australia, I have decided to move on and find a new love. Its come down to the older w995 and the newer hazel. From the outside it seems like the w995 is the better phone with the higher megapixel camera, metal materials and higher price, though the hazel seems to capture better images and much better video recording which holds me back. If given the choice between the 2, which would you purchase and why?
I`m thinking of buying a Hazel. A great camera n a good audio quality are on the top of my priority . I`ve read at a lot of places n even experienced myself at a mobile store that Hazel's loudspeaker produces very feeble sound. So I was wondering if acoustics drivers are available for Hazel yet, it being a newly launched mobile phone.
I've saved up money lately, with a budget of 13k(in pesos).I've been thinking of buying a Sony Ericsson phone that fit into my budget, and these three caught my eye: SE Kita, and SE Elm/Hazel.I am so confused as to which phone I should consider buying.I just want a stable phone that can send SMS, Call, occasional gaming, and some camera and mp3 time(I would also consider the EXTERNAL FEATURES)I did some research on those three and I'm a bit torn.I know not one single phone can be perfect, but help me choose with consideration to my preferences.As I researched, both Elm and Hazel have Wifi, sadly for Kita.I also understand that Kita is Gaming-heavy phone, but also with exceptional features similar to both Elm and Hazel.According to online reviews, Kita also has an impressive speaker and media player.
my gps in hazel was working fine with the earlier firmware. It took time from 5-15 minutes but it did get lock-on but after the update of the firmware from SEUS it is not working. I mean I even kept the tracker app running for almost 3 hours and at different locations but for no use.
I bought hazel yesterday.being a Sony ericson product i thought it must be a great camera phone.but it was shock to see the led light gives distorted yellow light and also camera captures blurred pics.which are to be fixed by photo fix.any solution to this.please help me.mainly i wanna get rid of yellow distorted led flash lite.
