Sony Ericsson :: C902 - Forgot Phone Lock Code
I've forgot my phone lock code on my C902, how do I go about resetting it? I don't mind losing any data as I have all of it synced to my PC.

Last night my phone was going off telling me the battery was empty, so being mostly asleep i yanked the battery out as i have countless times before.This morning, i turned it on and it asked for a pin code. I have never ever set one, so i took it to vodafone (where i got it) they told me to put it in wrong 3 times and then they gave me the PUK code. Now, having entered the PUK code, the phone is asking for a Phone Lock Code, another code which i have never ever set myself. I have tried 0000 1111 5555 0000000 and 12345678, it lets me put in up to 8 digits, but none work. the SE site says it pre-set to 0000 but that will not work. I desperately need some help on how to sort it.

Sony Ericsson :: K810i - Remove Phone Lock Code
By an accident I just bought a seccond hand SonyEricsson K810i with activated phone lock code. This is a personal security code that you can make at your phone so that no others can use it if it is stolen etc, and not this gsm operator lock code. I just contacted the seller and he don't know that phone and doesn't seem to remember from who he bought it so he don't seem to be able to provide that code for me. Do anyone in this forum know a trick how to overwrite / shortcut that telephone code? Or do I have to degrade this phone to spare parts?

Like so many people here, i have also forgotten my phone Lock Code. So today i have decided to reset it anyhow and while playing with my phone K850i - A2 phone, db3150, BINGO, i found the way. May be this should work with all platform phones. But still this has to be confirmed by the owner of different platform phones. The solution is- look in your FS in this folder. tpa/preset/default now delete this file- 'security_domain_settings'. That's it. Your Phone Lock Code is reset to 0000.Before deleting you might want to back up that file. Though it is not required. Tested by me.Pls confirm this method by different platform phone users. edit: Just found that by deleting this file, it is not recreated. so there might be some functions which will not be able to use if you delete it. But by activating it, it serves the purpose. asking for passward and all. if you give wrong passward, it will not let you access. Do it at your risk. this means if you forget the passward again, you will not able to retrive it. edit 2 : By flashing the phone this file is recreated and you will have the same passward as you have set after deleting that file. In my opnion, just flash your phone after you use the above mentioned method.

Sony Ericsson :: Setting Pass Code For Phone Lock Feature
The phone lock feature on Sony Ericsson does not seem to work the way Motorola does. I wanted a feature that would prevent people from snooping around my phone if it is left unattended. I enter a pass code for the phone lock feature but I can still get pass the key pad by pressing * and Unlock soft key button. On my old phone, which was a Motorola, I could lock the keypad and you need the pass code to open phone for use or looking up contacts. You can still answer phone calls if one comes in without entering pass code. But after call is answered and closed, you get kicked out again. Is there an application out there that can be added to my phone to do this? My mom has the same brand but different model of Sony Ericsson and I want to install it on hers too.

Sony Ericsson :: C902 / Need Code To Force Charge Battery?
I'm starting to think that the C902 has got a buildt in Virus or something that corrupts the firmware every few months. I've had my phone back for repairs about 3 times now to reload the software and now I'm stuck with a new problem again. The battery is dead and when I plug it in to charge it it tells me that I don't have a genuine Sony Ericsson battery and therefor doesn't want to charge. Sony Ericsson :: Forgot Unlock Code After Changing Default One
I have a sony ericsson z520 and the whole phone is locked. I turn it on and it asks for unlock code, i don't remember what i put in after i changed the default one, I took it to the cingular store and they were going to give it to me then decided not to and told me i had to send it in to sony ericsson, and that's the only store within 30 miles of me.

Sony Ericsson :: V600i / "Enter Phone Lock Code"?
I bought a Sony Ericsson V600i off a bloke in work and when you power on you get a message saying "Enter phone lock code". I have checked on Sony website and entered the codes they say to try but still no joy. I think it must be a factory set code as I have tryed about 10 different sets of numbers and phone has not locked up. I only bought the phone for a fiver so if I cant get it sorted will put it on ebay.

LG :: Vx7000 Forgot Lock Code
So, I lost my phone a few months ago. And me having absolutely no patience went out and bought a new phone to replace it (it was almost 4 years old anyways). But now I have found it again, and need some contact info that was on it. But I don't remember what the lock code is and calling *228 will activate it which i don't know what will happen if it activates. Is there anything else i can do.The phone is a vx7000.

I have a nokia 5800 XM . One day i thought i might make a lock code for my phone. That same day i had a really big night and totaly forgot the code. I tried every combo i might've used but nothing works. I tried using some of the apllications but you have to put the lock in first to connect to PC. Also i tried all hard and spft resets nothing works .

Sony Ericsson :: C902 - Just Got New Phone
I have just being sent the C902 to replace my K850i because my network provider says I have had 2 many problems with the K850i. So lucky for me they didn't do it as an upgrade so I can still upgrade very soon, if you want to ask me any questions about the C902 feel free.
