BB Bold 9000 :: Integration To MS Outlook 2007 Web Access Email Account
I'm having trouble with a new Blackberry Bold that I've had for only a few months (I'm a rookie!).I was previously accessing work emails using MS Outlook 2003 web access. The work server was recently upgraded to MS Outlook 2007 - since then I have been unable to access the web access email. The error message I receive is -Cannot connect to email server or invalid server name:Please verify the Outlook® Web Access URL. If the error persists contact <domain.com> (your email provider). The Blackberry Tech Solution Centre states this problem relates to my work server using a Microsoft Internet Security and Acceleration Server and that no solution is available yet (KB04804). Does anyone know of any way I can access this web mail account? The only other way I was thinking was to open a Blackberry email address and create a forward rule to auto-forward all my work emails to the Blackberry email address. It would be preferred if I didn't have to do this.

BB Tour 9630 :: Unable To Remove Email Account?
I recently upgraded to the Tour from the 8830 at work. My IT dept transfered all my information and there is a gmail email account icon, but the account doesn't work. I set it up again in the Email Setup section, but its not working. I removed what I did and the gmail icon is still there, but doesn't work. Can anyone help? My IT dept rep is an absolute ***** and has done nothing to help me with this problem besides telling me "well, I guess you just can't use Gmail on this phone", which is absurd since I could use it on the old one, so I know BB supports it.

Please check your information and try again."Now, I'm not sure what my Mailbox name is.I was told to log in on my computer's browser to my work email via Outlook Web Access and put the cursor over the inbox to read the name on the bottom of the screen.This is all it reads: "https://webmail.(companyname).com/owa/#. BB Storm 9530/9500 :: Unable To Remove E-mail Account
I set up my Storm with 2 e-mail accounts and I am unable to remove one of them. If I go to Setup - Email Settings the account is gone (only 1 of them shows up), but the icon is still available on my main screen, and if I send a message it can still be sent using that account. Any way to get rid of it completely?

It seems that lot of users have this ugly problem, Is there someone who can tell me how to delete my old nokia email account, because I bought a new E72 and created a new gmail account on it and as you know the first account email you created will be the ID of the nokia email account. Now, I want to add my old ymail account (yahoo) that I created on my old E71 and I found myself stuck with an error saying : "it is impossible to create the account because it is associated with an another email account not create with this account". Nokia :: N86 How To Remove An Email Account?
Wondering if someone can help me. I have an N86 8MP and thought i would try and set up my email account. I couldnt get it working (couldnt connect to server via wifi for some reason), so now want to delete so it doesnt continually check for new emails (i have it set to ask which access point to use). I have not managed to work out how to delete it. I have looked through these forums and followed instructions for other similar phone, but the "delete" menu option just isnt present in my phone.

I need to work out how to remove a OWA email account from my E71. I have seen various replies for removing email account but not for OWA.I have already looked in Installations --> Emailon3 --> but the account I want to delete is not listed there. Have also tried Communic. --> Messaging --> Options --> Settings --> E-mail --> Options --> Delete but the delete option is not there.I need to remove the account because I changed my account password at work and then was unable to update the password in the phone, I had to install the account a second time to get it working again. Any suggestions for avoiding this in the future also gratefully received!

IPhone :: 3G Froze On Blank Screen During Setting Up An Email Account And Browsing Web
I'd been setting up an email account, and browsing the web. I locked the phone, then a few minutes later tried to unlock it. The slide to unlock screen appeared, but the slider wouldn't respond to my finger. After several tries, the screen went black. Neither the home button or the lock button would bring the display back on. I reset the phone by holding the home and lock button until the apple logo appeared, and everything seems to be fine now, but I'm just wondering if anyone else has experienced this, and if it's likely to have been a simple crash, or a sign of things to come.

I'm unable to read individual emails when using the Outlook Web Access site in the internet browser window.I am using this to check work email and would rather do it this way (over the internet) than using the e-mail client that is part of the device. I'm able to log-in to my inbox and see everything I should see, however when I try clicking on an individual email to read it, nothing happens. I've tried clicking on the sender's name, the subject line and everything else on the line for that email. When I do that nothing happens.Am I doing this wrong? Is there somewhere else I'm suppose to click? Is there possibly some setting that needs to be turned on or maybe one that is on that should be unchecked?Any help would really, really be appreciated.

A couple of weeks ago my employer gave me a password to activate my Outlook account for my Curve 8530. I was able to send and receive emails for about 3 days, then I suddenly stopped receving emails.I can send email from my outlook address, my Sent Items appear and my Outlook calendar items appear on the blackberry calendar.I'm just not receiving emails through the Inbox.I've contacted my carrier and my IT department at work, but no one can figure out why I'm not getting emails on the Curve.The usual fixes aren't working.

I just got a Blackberry 8330 and need to use it for checking email from my company's email server.It turns out that this server uses Outlook Web Access lite. I am currently not able to check the mail as I am getting errors that say the browser needs to accept cookies. Also something about scripting.Does anybody know how to work around this problem? I don't want to "integrate" this email account so that I get the messages pushed to the Blackberry- only to be able to access the email site and check the email.

BB Storm 9500 :Email Deleted From Handheld Does Not Delete From Outlook Account
I seem to have the opposite problem. I am using the Storm with Outlook 2003. I have the Blackberry Pro software installed on our server which is running Windows SBS server with exchange 2003. If I delete a message from the device, whether opened or not, it will almost instantly delete from my desktop. If I open a message on the device it will show as opened on the desktop. However, if I open or delete a message from the Desktop, it will NOT show as open nor will it delete from the device unless I have opened it on the device prior to opening it on the desktop and then deleting it from the desktop. I guess the best way to put it is that items deleted or modified on the desktop will only delete or modify on the device if they have been opened on the device prior to being changed or deleted on the desktop. This seems really peculiar. I have checked and rechecked my settings and I have the device set to delete on handheld and desktop, and wireless synch on the Blackberry Desktop Monitor is set to synchronize moved or deleted messages between desktop and device. Desktop monitor shows as "disconnected" unless I connect it by the usb cable, which seems correct and the desktop redirector service is NOT being used.

I just received a secondary work email. It's through Outlook, and I've added it to my system, using the BlackBerry Internet Service. (My primary work email account is through Lotus notes, and is working fine on the Storm. My personal is through GMail, also working fine).According to the Blackberry Internet Service website, it is a 'valid account' and it has the little checkmark next to it, like it should work.I can send emails FROM my Storm via the the Outlook email account, but no emails are being received.I sent a test email from my desktop Lotus account to my Outlook account. It shows up in Outlook on my desktop, but not on my Storm.

IPhone :: Unable To Set Up Email Account
I have 3 email addresses, 2 of them have set up just fine and dandy on my iPhone, the third refuses to get past the bit where you type in the imcoming and outgoing server bits (I've copied the setting exactly from Microsoft Outlook so I'm pretty sure I'm doing it right). It says that 'secure connection failed' and that 'the certificate may not be valid', I've tried clicking on continue anyway but nothing happens, it just tries for ages to verify the account. I'd be grateful if someone could please help.
