Samsung :: Instinct - User Lock On Phone - How To Bypass?
So I have a new Instinct and my 2 year old got her hands on it today and was playing with it. Well somehow she managed to get to the lock section and so now the phone has a user lock on it that I have no clue as to what it is. I can accept incoming calls but can't use it for outgoing calls. I am wondering if I call the phone will it open it up so I can get in and change the lock code to something else?
Also how do I set the privacy on this phone so if I call out no one can see my number?

So we bought a used PC mobile phone for our daughter to activate and the old user left the user lock in place. The PC mobo people gave me a code to enter the service menu that didn't work and they have no other info for me so if someone knows how to bypass.

Samsung :: Instinct M800 - User Password Lost
I bought an Instinct M800 from Ebay and it came with a "user locked password" and the seller doesn't seem to remember what it is. The MEID is clean so I don't believe it to be stolen. My problem is, how do I remove the password? I've tried for hours entering random 4 digit passwords and nothing so far. I ended up buying a data cable for the phone but I can't seem to get the phone to load/connect with Vista, be it a driver issue, or because the phone is locked.

LG :: VX4400 How To Bypass Lock Of Phone?
I accidently locked my LG VX4400 phone this morning and do not have the code to unlock phone. I tried searching some website and they told me to use my phone number but that does not work. The reason for this is because i'm using a loaner phone from a friend and it must want his old phone number. Can anyone one tell me how to bypass the lock of the phone or possibly reset it?

Got a problem with phone lock. After 2 years of not using this phone had to return to it because of issues with current phone, and after entering PIN, it asks for some code. Phone's language is not English, but I guess it's some phone lock or so. Tried all codes I've ever used and none of them works, I feel really dumb, because I don't even remember myself enabling such a codes, because I've always liked phones to boot up fast, not even using PIN. So I'd like to know how can I get rid of this code. Of course, I'm trying to find original manual and papers from when i bought this phone(no luck yet), but as warranty is over already, I don't think that it's gonna be for free, nor cheap.

i have been looking for the lock code under Menu> 3 > * > lock code:=? i have tried 450667 but it will not work! does anyone have a list of the codes? another thing i have a Sprint Samsung instinct that i just flashed over to metro i fixed the web and now need to fix the mms. if i could get into that menu in my messenger it would show me the settings.

I bought the phone from e*bay but it come with user locked. How can I read the lock code? It is not detected in my computer and I can not set it to MTP setting on the phone. I tried CDMA workshop, uniCDMA, Bitpim, QPST but non of them see the phone.

Samsung :: M800 - Setting Up Email On Instinct Phone
I have a Samsung Instinct m800 that I flash for pocket communication. I was able to get internet to work on the phone but I am stuck on setting up email. I am able to set it up and get it to work for a couple of hours. Now, when I try to access my email, I get "Requires Authentication: Sprint must approve you for email services". The reason I got this phone is to be able to check my work email on the road.

I read a thread somewhere, and I don't know if it was true... Zotd (the nes guy) was supposed to write or create a restore file that would bypass the passlock without wiping the original data on the iphone???? So you could get back in without loosing your data...I've searched and I can't find anything about this... and I can't even find the original thread either .Does anyone know if it's possible to bypass the user lock code without erasing the data from the iphone?

With the new update, the new slide-camera-button-to-activate-camera feature has a major downfall... you are able to completely bypass entering you password and access all the phone information! After sliding the camera button and getting into the camera, simply pressing the button takes you right into the phone without ever having to enter your password. This is a major problem! Anyone know how to deactivate that camera feature or simply a way to prevent access to my phone? Info: iPhone 4, iOS 5.1

Motorola Droid Razr :: Screen Lock Bypass After ICS Update?
I am having an issue where i receive the standard unlock screen even though I have a password configured. If I use the slide menu I am never prompted for my password. There are also times when the normal unlock screen will flash up and then go straight to my password. Current configuration: PIN, lock screen after 5 sec, lock immediatly on power press. This only happens when I allow the screen to go to sleep on it's own. If i press the power button I am not seeing the issue.

As a novice SG S2 owner I would be grateful for the opinions of more experienced SG S2 users as to what the battery life should be for someone who's a low user of the phone and its applications? For example how long should a full battery charge last for someone who makes very few calls and receives very few calls per day sends less than 10 texts per day and receives less than 10 texts per day, plays no games and surfs the internet very infrequently and plays music very infrequently? In other words the phone spends more time on standby than it does in actual operation.

I have a Samsung A870 that has a user lock on it and regardless of what I do I can't seem to get the code. My computer does not pick up the phone, and I tried to set it to DM mode and it still refuse to be picked up. Is there some kind of hard reset I can use to get rid of the code?

Samsung :: Flashing Samsung Instinct M810 To Verizon?
A couple years ago my wife bought a Samsung Instinct M810. I flashed the phone to Verizon so she could use PagePlus. Everything has been working fine but the phone has really been beaten up. About the only thing that still works is the speed dial function. A few days ago I found another Instinct in mint condition for her. I have been trying to flash it to Verizon with limited luck. I activated the phone with PagePlus and received a phone number ( I was planning on porting her number when I had everything working).The phone connects to Verizon but it can't connect to OTP. If I dial a number I get connected to Verizon with the message "Welcome to Verizon, unfortunately we cannot identify your phone, etc." The problem is that when I dial *22890 (or any *228xx number)the signal bars vanish and there is an indicator showing no service and the call is dropped. After the call is dropped the signal returns and I can again connect to Verizon. I have tried several PRL's, even the one on my wife's current phone but it doesn't make any difference. I didn't have this much trouble with her other phone so I am at a loss.
