HOw do I recover delted sms-es if I previouly I have not syncronised my iphone with iCloud? I have heard about Spotlight. Is that an option? Do I have to download that (where from?) and then connect my iphone with the laptop?

so I recently by mistake deleted a bunch of photos off my camera roll on my iPhone 5C. I didn't back up anything on iCloud or iTunes, and I don't yet have iOS8, so I can't go to the recently deleted folder. I've googled it and downloaded three so-called recovery programs and they only recovered the photos I already had on my camera roll, so am I downloading the wrong programs? another way to recover these deleted photos.

I deleted the backup file while trying to update to 5.1.1. My phone wouldn't update and I read that I needed to delete the previous backup (bad idea). Well after I updated OS I can't backup to get my previous files and contacts. This is horrible and I am lost at this point on what to do. And I haven't been using iCloud.

I deleted my icloud account on my iphone and in doing so was asked if I wanted to delete the contact and calendars. I thought they were talking about the icloud account. But what I did not realize was they were talking about ALL contacts. I checked my desktop and all contact are deleted. How can I get my contact list back without paying apple support 29.00 with no promise of if I can get my list back.

I have accidently deleted a video from my Iphone (which has not been synced to Itunes since before the video was taken - so no copy on PC!) I have been trying to contact the support team however my support has expired, I connected my iphone 4s to my computer and it started to sync nothing new, however, when I looked at my phone it actually restored my phone to a previous back up and i have none of my photos/videos I have taken between the last backup and now.Â

I know that files can be recovered from flash drives! I have done it before. Unfortunately the software I used before will not recognise the iPhone as a drive of any kind flash, external or hard!
I have not synced the phone either by iCloud or physically to my PC since deleting, so recovery is not possible via iTunes. I have a PC so I am unable to use 3rd party software such that only works on MACs (disc drill for example)
What I am getting at is, can it be done? I am not sure it can unless it is possible for my PC to see the iPhones flash drive as a PC recognisable (for want of a better word) flash drive!
I have also tired other 3rd party software that CLAIMS it can recover lost/deleted files from an iPhone but guess what.. Yep, all of them are unable to see the flash drive of my phone.
So, is there a PC owner out there that has successfully recovered a deleted files from an iPhone?
