I am using Nokia 7210 Supernova. I am encountering one problem. If i received any video from my friends mobile using bluetooth, i am not able to see the video. i can hear the audio only. can anyone help me in this regard?
I have purchased Nokia C6-00, but in this phone videos do not play in Flash player. It gives me warning message that flash player required to play this video. On flash player site, it is mentioned that android 2.2 is required to install Flash player on your mobile.
i am under the impression that websites should work on the 5800 as they do on a pc. however that doesn't seem to be the case in practice. most web 2.0 (?..i'm not exactly sure what that entails...), such as facebook and gmail at least do not seem to work entirely. in addition, websites with integrated flash content have not been able to play the flash videos. instead i have either received a message suggesting i install a flash player or i have seen a blank space where the video should be. from various reviews i understand Internet for example should work on the 5800 browser.
I have searched and theres seems lots of messages on here but nothing conclusive. My N8 less than 24 hours old but won't play flash found on BBC news site. Also visited www.techradar.com and at some point was invited to update flash, but adoble site says there is no suitable version for the device. Following this the "Movie Teasers" trailers started to fail and lockup with "ERROR". This may be pure coincidence of course. I seem to be be doing and awfull lot of restarts of a device <24 unpacked.
My flash player has problem when I tried to play SWF fils that have a size more than 100 KB! That means when I can play small SWF files on my N73 but I can not play large size SWF files. The message error is : "Unable to open file. File corrupted" where the file works fine in my PC.
My C905 is only around one month old and all of the videos on it have stopped working.Does anyone know a fix for this problem? I can still film videos but not watch them. I can't even transfer them off of the phone.

Is Flash 10.1 with hardware accelerated video coming to Nokia N900? Flash is a CPU hog on the N900 right now and renders the device unresponsive. It would be great if Flash 10.1 were to come to N900. Flash on Maemo was one of the main reasons for choosing N900.Android is getting it with 2.2 (Froyo) and with turn by turn navigation is already ahead of the game.
When I try to play a youtub video (or any video from a website e.g. from FB) it loads and plays for 2 seconds then closes and I get told my memory is full and to close down some apps. But usually the only app open is my internet browser (Opera Mobile).
I am having probems with the video player. I tried converting some avi files to mp4 using Super and with most options I use, when I try to play on the phone it says "Unable to play sound or video" so it only plays the sound! Has anyone else experienced this? N95,N81,N96, N97
I am looking for some help to solve a video playback issue on my Nokia 5230. Can you help me out?I converted a movie from a DVD into mp4 format with correct settings, but my phone cannot play the video.
I encoded several shorter music videos with exactly the same settings, and they play perfectly on the phone. I did the encoding using Handbrake. My phone plays only the sound, after giving this error message:"Unable to play either sound or video clip. Trying to play partially"These are the video properties( I found out using Media Player Classic):
Video: MPEG4 Video 720x552 (128:69) 29.97fps [Video]
Is there any reason I can't play video from my girlfriends LG phone on my N96. I just get a text saying my mobile does not support this media message. I can view it online however with the pin provided.
My buddy has a RAZR2 from Rogers, and i can't seem to get video's to play on his phone. I've tried sending him vid's from my SE w580, which is the same screen res 240x320, but they don't play. I've also tried sending vid's from my SE w810 which is 160x220 res,. but those didn't play either.ive tried 3gp and Mpeg4 and neither work. I'm using Total Video Converter and using the stock settings.Anyone have any better suggestions? ,i did a search for video format and most of the threads that came back had 2000+ posts in them.
That's one problem with my cam: when recording video on flash card there are some delays in picture changing and the image become smooth and then divide into squares?how can i solve this bug?ps: everything is ok when i record on the phone memory!
When will Nokia/MS support Adobe Flash player for Lumia 800 like they have for Android? Also I should be able to download a browser of my choice on Lumia as well. Any clarifications from Nokia most welcome!
I was wondering can anyone help me. i have been trying to transfer films to my n97mini using the ovi package. it seems to convert ok and transfer but when i try to play the films on my phone they all seem to freeze at the 25min to 27min mark during playback, but the sound keeps playing.
I have recently updated my N95's firmware (to RM-159 21.0.016) and my Real Player does not play video that i transfer from the PC anymore. It still plays the video that i shoot with the phone. What kind of problem may it be and how can it be solved? Also, when i try to access THEMES in Tools->Settings->General->Personalisation, the phone just turns off or restarts.
My Nokia 5610 is sometimes getting hanged while trying to play a video. Its showing a white screen first and then no display and again to the main window..Is this a problem in the hardware or the firmware?
If I use the default Nokia browser and go to a web page on the BBC website which has an embedded flash video to watch, then the embedded video screen goes black for a second, then White with a "Flash" placeholder in the bottom of the screen. I CANNOT watch ANY such video content from the BBC website. For example, go to the BBC.CO.UK/FOOTBALL page, and click on any of the video clips there. Using a PC, and "Right-Clicking" on the actual embedded video player it tells me it is the BBC Media Player V2.10.7938.7967.
What have I tried:
I have allowed all cookies and clkeared cache down repeatedly - no difference. I have installed the latest Flash Lite from Adobe - no difference. I have tried Opera Mini - no difference. I have tried my GF's brand new 5800 - and it at least gets the black screen with the spinning circle progress bar thingy but still no video. I can watch BBC iPlayer videos OK using the iPlayer application, butt his problem with the vidoe clips is driving me insane and would be ecstatic.
Can anyone tell me how can I play wmv file (Windows Media Video for PC, resolution: 320x240) in Nokia 5800XM. I've tried with real player. It only plays audio but no video. SmartMovie does not play anything. Is there any other MEDIA PLAYER for Nokia 5800XM to play *.wmv file.
