hope you all will be fine doing good, my problem is that i forgot my security code for 5800 XM is there any way i can restore my security code to default i.e "12345"

the phone is asking me for a security code,i is unlocked and was using on orange then someday was playing around and it starting asking for a security code.i can access the phone ok with an o2 sim for some reason but when using any other simcard such as my original orange simcard it asks for a security code.

I Forgot my password(security code) of my Nokia N86 which i'd change and when i change my sim card,the handset prompts me to type the security code... I've tried all my known passwords,but of no use.. I reviewed many websites and found that bb5 models cannot be unlocked and the only solution for that is to get the handset flashed,i just want to know from Nokia Discussion board,is the flashing only solution available? or any other alternative?

I have a nokia 5800 XM . One day i thought i might make a lock code for my phone. That same day i had a really big night and totaly forgot the code. I tried every combo i might've used but nothing works. I tried using some of the apllications but you have to put the lock in first to connect to PC. Also i tried all hard and spft resets nothing works .

Motorola :: Forgot Security Code On RAZR
I changed my 6 Digit security code on my motorola RAZR and i forgot it, now i need it and cant remember it. Any ideas on how to reset it or something? I called rogers, they said that i had to call motorola. motorola said they couldnt do anything. now i have my doubts that motorola cant actually do anything cause im sure they can do something.

I recently damaged my phone and needed a cheap unlocked device so I could hold off for a hardware upgrade. I purchased a used and unlocked Nokia 1600 off Kijiji that is causing me problems.The so called unlocked phone is asking me for a security code, and no matter what I do, I get the same message "code error".I have tried the standard code (12345) and visited countless sites devoted to unlocking phones in search of this phones code.The original owner says he never locked it, and Rogers (my service provider) says it is not my SIM card.

I have googled this to my hearts content and nothing has worked.I have a brand new Nokia 1208 (t-mobile prepaid) that does not let me change the security code because I do not know the default code.It is not in the manual and 12345 does not work (neither does 1234, 0000, etc.).

I have a sony ericsson z520 and the whole phone is locked. I turn it on and it asks for unlock code, i don't remember what i put in after i changed the default one, I took it to the cingular store and they were going to give it to me then decided not to and told me i had to send it in to sony ericsson, and that's the only store within 30 miles of me.

Samsung :: D900i Ultra 12.9 Edition Default Security Code - Shut Down
Got some D900is and it seems a bad batch of these phones are going around so be careful. Anyway, I want to try and reset one BUT the default code of eight zeros 00000000 is not working. I have looked in the supplied manual and also the manual online but no mention of the default security code. I would like to try and reset the phone and without the code this is impossible. Also searched the forum and nothing I tried worked. To detail the problems with these phones basically you are using the phone and it just shuts down reaches the samsung screen and then suddenly just restarts.

Nokia :: 2135 - Security Code - Not A Locking Code
I have a Metro pcs phone, when I turn it on, the phone locks. I push...587846 and that unlock it. when I go into setting and security to take the lock off, it has for a code. I tried the last 4 of my number, I tried, 0000,1111,1234,6666,9999. All I know is it is 4 numbers, I can keep putting in 587846 everytime I use my phone but that is a pain. I called metro pcs and they said to tried the 587846, but that does not work for the changing of the lock code password.
