Motorola V3i :: Phone Is Dead / Stuck On Boot Loader?
Feb 13, 2006
Motorola Razar v3i cell phone.i just recently flashed my v3i to R47A_G_08.D8.35R_ PDS005_ LP0034_DRM0101_VSTUK_ENGLI SH206_ JPJAVA_ G_08_V3iiT_07_00_06R_GSPSLQAT677DY061 _1FF.sbf but as it turn out, it didn't work very well. as at the end of the of the flashing i'm getting the following messages: "PST_FP_Flash / Error: Phone failed initial security verification checks HAB error 0x8D" "PST_FP_Flash / Error Getting Subscriber Unit Information. Error 0xE0030008" I have tried a number of monster packs from number of sites (motox, gsmserver)but ended with same error. if anyone have any clue on what's the problem is.
Motorola PST 7.2.3
boot loader: 0A.30.
S/W Version: R479_g_08.B4.34R
Problem: Code Corrupt
My v635i won't start up after I downgrade the bootloader using RSD lite.(My phone software version: R474_G_08_48.4BR.8_RG) . When it finish downgrading, it says "manually power up your phone" and I try pushing *+ # + power button to take the phone into bootloader mode, tried that so many times but it doesn'e power on.
When I connect the phone using the data cable to the computer, it shows "S Blank Neptune LTE" in RSD Lite . I tried flashing again, but failed. The phone just won't power up. It was working fine before. It's a Rogers phone,
I just got my moto v3 from my sister. I have no clue what she did with it, but now its stuck in the boot loader mode. I have searched everywere on the internet. I have no clue what to do. is there anyone that can help me step by step?
v3 displays: Boot Loader 0A. 52. SW Version: R4515_G_08. BD. D3R PH SIG ERR: 35:02: OK to Program Connect USB Data Cable
I was coming back from out east and I had a GPS program running on my Sprint v3m Razr phone, suddenly the phone locks up, powers down and when I turn it back on I first get the "Hellomoto" screen. Then it immediealty cycles to the "BOOTLOADER USB INIT" screen. Taking out the battery does not work. Plugging from a wall jack to USB does not work.
How can I get this phone back online? I don't care if I lose all my contacts or pictures...just want to get the phone back. I tried hooking it up to the computer and accessing Motorola Phone Tools (MPT) but it says the phone is not recognized. Is there a download that I can get to return the system to normal? I read that I could use a program called RSD LIte, but I'm not sure if I will get all of the phones assets back (i.e. inernet, text messaging etc). Is there a simple solution?
I recieved a call, a few minutes later went to make one and its a black screen with white text:
Boot Loader 08.a0 SW Version: R4513_G_08.B7 86R OK to Program Connext, USB Data Cable.
I can't do anything with it, pulled the battery and card and it still comes up.Looks like the tiny button when you fold it closed is stuck down, any suggestions? tried picking it up with a pin, not working.
As I was talking on my Razr v3 yesterday, I experienced what I thought was just another typical of many AT&T dropped calls. However, upon further inspection, I noticed my phone had gone into boot loader mode for no apparent reason. It's done this on a couple of occasions. Once after it was accidentally dropped and another when I turned it off (then back on) because I was on a plane trip. I've been able to get it back to normal by just power cycling it until it booted. This time no such luck and the screen says the battery is 'too low to program' so if I wanted to attempt to flash it which is something I have NEVER done, I couldn't even do it due to the low battery. This is the only Razr I have and I don't know anyone that still uses one so I don't have one available to put my battery in to charge. Is this the only way to charge the battery? Is it not possible to charge it with the power off?
i bought this KRZR k1 in may2007 unlocked since i was gonna use it in Europe, it worked great
..used it with tmobile for a while when i got a new phone i stopped using this phone and put it away since i know i can use it in europe with their SIM cards well, getttin ready to go to europe again and planned on using this phone again
Here are my problems i charged phone with wall charger and turned it on all i get is a black screen with this on it....
i have a motorola razr v3cm and when i turn it on it says bootloader and never completely starts up. If i press the end call button it says something about USB then restarts and cycles through all this again.
Several flashing attempts failed. Now i'm stuck in the "bootloader usb init" screen.(but thats another problem i'm trying to get help with in another thread.)I started with a fully charged good battery, but after hours of trying to get this thing back into verizon by flashing it with VRZ_E815_01.1E.0R_PRIii09574_MONSTER_01.shx , i believe i'm outa juice, well the battery is.So I plugged it in the charger, it's still in the bootloader mode and on! Now.It's been about 4 hrs, but the phone still turns off after displaying 'hello moto' for 1 second(when charger is unplugged), which make it impossible to try fixing the flashing problem.
QUESTION: How do i know that/if the battery is charging while in the bootloader state?.. or is this phone turning it self off, not a battery problem at all, but has something to do with the failed flashing... a dead phone?
I have a Moto V3 black and I want to unlock it, but when I push '*'+'#'+POWER phone starts and screen shows all white , no bootloader or firmware version appears. Phone is in flash mode because Moto Unlocker detects it but... What happen?, How I can get my bootloader version?
i have problems with my E398..at first, it's able to go to bootloader..im trying to flash it, after the flashing is done, i restart my phone and no response, it's just die..the trouble is i can't go into bootloader...but when i connect it to pc with flashbackup or MFF, it still connected... but i have no backup files...can you suggest a way to recover it ?
When flashing things like MP do i need to check to make sure the boot loader are compatible? I ask this because i recently flashed my phone with a new MP (OnTheRize v2.0) and unable to flash back with my backup. Here is my original phone info: Firmware - R452B_G_08.01.02R Flex - GSTMTRIZRTCHS080 OnTheRize v2.0 Firmware - R452B_G_08.02.0BR_C Flex - OnTheRize v2.0 When i try to flash to my back up from OnTheRize i get PH SIG ERR. The only way for me to get the phone working is flash it with OnTheRize MP again. I did some research and seem like the way to fix this is to find the "correct" boot loader version. Now i'm new at this so i am not sure what that mean. What do i look for in MP (and other flashing flex/seems) to make sure it is compatible with my phone (as far as flashing back and forth between MP and backup)?
I placed a new battery in to my l7 and it has not worked properly since. I does not turn on, when I PRESS THE Power button the light only turns on for a few seconds and turn back off then nothing. however it does go in to boot loader mode.
I noticed Verizon allowed HTC and Samsung to hack unlocked bootloaders for there phones already, so it seems Verizon wouldn't have a problem with my Droid RAZR getting one. The 2 phones I have been thinking about switching out for mine are the HTC Rezound and the Samsung Galaxy Nexus because they have them.
I've recently heard about the Motorola Atrix getting an unlocked bootloader, however,I don't own an Atrix since it's not on Verizon.I have a Droid 2 Global which I want to be able to unlock it's bootloader so I can freely customize my phone.will there be an unlockable bootloader coming in the Droid 2 Global soon? I love this phone a lot, but this is something that I really could use.I'm willing to void my phone's warranty by unlocking it's bootloader.
I would like to know is there a way how to unlock boot loader for Defy? I'm creating an app that needs this function to work properly with Defy. I know that this voids warranty but every other mobility company has published a safe way how to unlock bootloader (like Sony or HTC). I really need this for Defy and it would be very unfair to users who don't have Atrix or Droid RAZR.
It is seen in the web that Motorola is going to release updates for unlocking the locks in the bootloader in its phones just like xoom from Q3 ,2011 onwards. Is it true?If so whether it will be available to the Milestone(European version) also? And to the rooted Milestone also?Whether this update is available by OTA or through web?
This is happening for the second time with me. First time was while installing Videostone and the second time now is while I was trying to uninstall Appstore Patch for 2.0/2.01. The installation stopped suddenly and the screen froze on the spinning wheel on both instances. Then while I tried to hard boot the phone (pressed the sleep/wake button and home button till the iphone switches off) the phone just refuses to start at gets stuck on the boot-up logo. I again have to pwn using a custom firmware and I end up loosing all my data. I am sick of this and need to know whats happening.
Phone stuck in boot loop. Have downloaded LGNPST & DLL. LGNPST won't detect phone in upgrade mode. When pressing 5 & power buttons with phone connected to USB port phone goes into verizon download message on screen. LGNPST shows emergency mode with phone book circle highlighted in red. Click on dll tab & choose the ddl. When selecting the PB tab, can't save file in Brew_script as help topic shows. Brew_ script will open, shows brew, then mif & mod. Can't save dll. Any help? No sd card in phone.
I got this Samsung U600 on Ebay and it was loading to the Ultra Edition II screen. Since this is not a US phone Samsung US won't fix it. I had to call UK and they gave me somebody like K&N Logistics but I haven't called them as I am trying to fix it myself. I flashed the phone using the Opti software and now I get the "SGH-U600" and the beginning and it won't go anywhere else. It just stays there. Prior to flashing it still wasn't working but atleast I was able to startup and use the USB cable to flash but apparently looking on the net this happened before and they were suggesting some tools that really I don't want to buy just to fix this phone.
I tried to jailbreak my phone using quickpwn for mac and now my phone is stuck on the apple load screen and will not start up. I am running firmware 2.2 and i followed these instructions to the http://www.iphonehacks.com/2009/01/j...-mac.html#more I was able to put my phone into dfu mode and on the iphone it showed that it was flashing the new files. But after my iphone tried to restart automatically, it has been stuck on the load screen ever since.
I wanted to root my galaxy s2, i followed the instructions up till the point where i flash with odin with an insecure kernel, after reboot , the phone is now stuck on the samsung boot screen.I cant even boot into recovery modem.
My iPhone 3g on 3.0 and jailbroken has been stuck on the white apple logo since saturday, after updating an app from cydia.Since then i've been searching through many forums, and some showed me that using iPhonebrowser and other usb SSH programs would fix it by editing some files on my phone.
BUT, the iPhone is not recognised by iPhonebrowser, Diskaid, or iFunbox, meaning that i can't change any files to make it start working.also, it is not recognised by iTunes, and i really don't want to restore it.any tips as to what i should do?(going to the apple store isn't an option becuase i bought it in the uk (i was living there) and there isn't on in my country here......)
my iphone was working just fine. it is jailbroken on 3.1.2 with blackra1n.sent a text, put the phone back in my pocket. when i took it back out it was stuck in the boot screen with the status icon stuck half full.whenever i turn off and then back on it does the same thing.itunes wont recognize the device.
I've just recently upgraded my Motoactv but since then it won't boot.It gets stuck on the pulsing 'M' bit. as anyone else had this issue since upgrading?I've tried holding down 'Start' 'Music' & the 'Power' button, the screen turned off but when booting it up it gets stuck again.I can't re-do the firmware again because my PC wont recognize it.
I plugged my Motorola Razr into the USB to charge, and it is now stuck on the 'dual core technology' boot screen. The device was already powered on, but when I plugged it in, the screen went black and it started to turn on and paused here. I have tried holding the power button and plugging it in and unplugging it, but nothing happens?
So I have finally stumbled upon the White Screen of Death Really sad that it happened but I still have hope that it may work. THe phone does not boot up and its stuck on the Nokia logo [Long read] happened one before a day and I managed to find a helpful topic /discussions/board/message?board.id=smartphones&thread.id=141381 It had everything regarding reset codes and whatnot, but the really helpful message was from grschinon ( he seems to know what hes doing ) for he shared an amazing technique of holding the green and red buttons while booting up the phone, and it worked But yesterday, it happened again .. The screen wont light up and the keylock was stuck, so I just removed the battery. I turned it on while assuming that the red/green button technique will work, but it didnt I tried it over and over again ( been trying for half a day actually but with no avail, it didnt work I tried connecting it through usb, with the wall charger, different combinations of buttons meh none worked Its really annoying that half of my friends keep saying, THIS is why you get a blackberry .. and similar stuff My previous phones are all Nokia and this is just a huge dissapointment .. the N95 is 500000 times better than the N97 in stability and etc I was anxiously waiting for v2.0 now my n97 is dead I understand that there is a solution that will FORMAT the whole phone, but I dont want that, there are lots of pictures on my internal memorycard (32gb one) and 30+ applications (if not more)I seriously dont want to lose all of those So do you know any other way that I can fix the problem ? Is there a soft reset combination that i can use rather than the hard reset one?
i went to the erase all settings option on my jailbroken phone and it did say this may take up to an hour, its been two hours and now its stuck on boot screen (apple logo) what should i do/try to do? itunes won't reconise it, i have left it for ages but no response
Greetings, my phone recently froze on me, and I couldn't even reboot by holding down the power button. Instead I opted to reboot via the Power Button + Volume Down method. This forced it to shut down, but upon rebooting, the phone is now in a loop. It shows the Droid at launch, then makes it to the red eye, but after sitting on the red eye a moment, it freezes, then restarts the cycle again.
Things I have tried:
Forcing another reboot via Power + Volume Down Going into the Boot Mode Selection to use Normal Power Up Going to BMS and trying Recovery (Wiped data/factory reset) Attempted to enter Safe Mode (Didn't seem to work, cycled again at eye) Fastboot Lastly, tried launching to Tools in BMS. Same as above.
At this point I am at a loss as to what to do. I would like to not have to send this out, and to fix it here, but is it comes to that, I guess I'll take it to Verizon and see about getting it shipped out, and getting a replacement.
Oh, also this is a stock phone, the only "modifications" I had was Go Launcher and Go Lockscreen. I was, when this happened, going to check my Google Reader app, and that is when it froze on me. (Never had it happen before this)
