Motorola :: Q9H Corporate Email Set Up / Phone Work With HTTPs?
I have had my Q for a couple of months now and have had my corporate email set up through my active sync. The emails and sync happened over the air and worked well. I believe this is also called MS Direct Push. Last week our comapny switched to a HTTPs server link and now I get errors trying to sync to it. I have set it up to use a secure Socket Layer and then it told me the certificate was incorrect. My IS guys installed a new certificate for the server and it still gives me an error code of 0x85010014. Which I am told is a temporary error and try again later. It has now been a week with no email and I continue to receive the error code. It just tells me there was an error syncing. I have uninstalled the active sync link on my phone and reinstalled my email account but I still get the error. When I went to the AT&T help thing it gave me active sync email or something which tells you to set it up with HTTPS but I don't have that ability with this phone. Using the info for MS Direct Push tells me to set it up exactly as I have. I also can connect to the internet without any troubles. I have server address, SSL (Yes/No), User name, password, & domain. Then what do I want to sync. Under the advanced options it is set to internet but can't be set to anything else. Does this phone work with HTTPs mail or not? If so how do I fix it? Please help!

my company changed their web email, it used to be http://owa.XXX.XX.XX/exchange which used to work fine for me, as I used to set up my email for blackberry using it. on my home computer, in order to access it using Microsoft outlook or any other Email software, I have to be logged in VPN before using the software to check my emails, thus the POP3 and SMTP will only work if VPN is connected. now they changed the web email to : https://owa.XXX.XX.XX/owa which if you notice, starts with https, my problem is, blackberry is not accepting it. VPN I have a profile on my computer i am not sure how i can import it, and I am travelling tomorrow and the Staff Support in our company is closed for the weekend, anyone have a solution for this will be really really helping me a lot, Thanks a lot for your support in advance.

IPhone :: Support To Set Up Corporate Email?
My firm doesn't have an actual exchange server, but they use a webmail client for Outlook. I've tried emailing with someone at the company, and he told me that to set up email on the iPhone I have to install a certificate.I did as he asked, and installed it. It's a GoDaddy certificate and it now shows up in my profile.Does anyone have any idea on how to set up the account? All he has given me is a webmail.company.com, a login ID, and a password.

My wife asked me for a Blackberry to access her work email. She works for the local school system and drives between different schools several times a day to treat disabled children. Parents sometimes email her to tell her that their kid is not going to be at a specific school at a a certain time and she ends up driving to a specific place for nothing because she couldn't access her messages. So I bought her a Bold last week tro help her with this problem.At a regular computer, she first has to log to the school's system website, then click on their link to gmail, enter an user name and finally a password. The website appear tiny on the screen and it's really slow to load. And there are some obscure security warnings in there IT people on the school system are clueless to help her.

Motorola :: Moto Q9h - How To Set Time Automatically - Select Beep As Reminder For Missed Calls
I just recently purchased the Moto Q9h and have a couple of problems with it.. 1- Anyone has an idea how to set the time automatically? I adjusted the time manually in the time and alarm section, however no option to put the time in automatic. It is not very practical when I travel and the time is not adjusted accordingly. 2- I have selected the option of a ringer such as a beep as a reminder of a missed calls. However, it doesnt seem to work as I have received plently of calls that were missed for hours and no reminder at all. 3- Could someone tell me how come I do not have the bells ringer of motorola as a ringer, but only as a ringer for messages? I ran an update and said that none were available.

Motorola :: Q9h / Method For Email And Calendaring?
I'm using a Moto Q 9h device. I have unlimited voice, message, data. I can't figure out which of all the email and calendar sync-ing options I should use. I have multiple email accounts that I access from my PC via Microsoft Outlook: olp.net, cox.net CoronaServices.net, etc. I do my calendaring in Outlook (local client only - sending appointments through CoronaServices.net to other Outlook clients only). I'd like to have a consistant view of my calendar and the ability for it to be updated on a push basis. Which of all the smartphone clients is going to work best for my needs? I've tried Mobile Device Center to sync to Outlook, but it is a static view that is only updated when I'm connected (bluetooth or USB) to the PC. I've tried Xpress mail professional, but it doesn't seem to publish the Outlook Calendar information. I've tried the other email connections for each account, but again, they all appear in different mail boxes, and it all cases, none of them are tied to my actual calendar. It's really frustrating. Maybe the problem is my expectations because I'm used to being a blackberry user with a corporate MS Exchange server that was connected to the blackberry service. Is there anything I can do that will make me happy with the smartphone and service that I now have? Thoughts? Opinions? Recommendations?

If there is a way to add an email address to your list of contacts for the motorola Q9h. when I go to someones name in my contact list and press edit phone number there is no option to let me add an email adress. and how do you store personal memos, there is no memo pad like the blackberry8800 has on this phone.

Does anyone have experience in separating Corporate email vs. personal email on Storm. I have the messages folder which is showing emails from all email accounts. I need to create a folder for corporate emails (like my current yahoo folder) but don't know how to do that. Even Verizon tech support couldn't fix it.

BB Bold 9000 :: Personal Email Shows Up In Corporate Email And Personal Email
I am a week or so into a new Bold and I really like it. My first BB. I am set up to get work email through MS Exchange via BES and have a second mailbox set up to get my personal email via Comcast.I get all my email. however, my personal email is showing up in both mail accounts. Can anyone straighten me out here? It's annoying as **** because I can't stand wading through personal email when I am working.I am guessing maybe there is a setting I can tweak somewhere that would resolve?
