So I set up my gmail account via the BIS or whatever plug-in, and all seems to be working ok. The problem is that the emails go straight to my general "Messages" inbox, but nothing shows up in my Gmail account inbox when i click on that specific icon. I do have SMS/MMS broken out into a separate inbox, but i'd like to use the gmail inbox where it threads messages with the same topic instead of the general messages inbox.tried resending service books.
My Iphone4 email inbox is showing there is over 1,000 messages in the inbox but in fact there is only a few and email on my pc shows correctly. I cannot get the phone to show me the correct number of messages. Apart from this problem all email related things are working correctly.
I just purchased the Straight Talk LG220c phone & I have found out how to put my own ringtones & pictures onto the phone thanks to this forum. The only thing left for me to do with this phone is to get some games put onto it. I have read previous posts which stated, as I know already, that the phone doesn't come with any games already on it. I went to www.tagtag.com to put games onto the phone but .jad & .jar files aren't compatible with the phone at all. Which game file format, if any, is compatible with the phone?
My phone updated itself today, all is working fine apart from my inbox. All my messages have gone When I receive a text, it comes up but once I've gone out of my inbox, it disappears again. I have 3 text "conversations" showing in my inbox, sometimes I can open them, sometimes I can't. My phone is recognising I have over 6,000 messages on my phone when I back them up, but they're still not appearing.
I have twice listened to my messages but I have no idea what buttons I pressed! Please tell my how to do this, it will be great to be able to hear my messages while driving. Also, how do i get maps on my E63?I have downloaded the map load to my pc but it cant seems to get the maps on the phone.
I have problem with my Nokia E66 mobile phone. It is showing not showing name of person in message inbox, it shows only numbers. I have updated with Nokia Software updater but it didn't make any difference.
On my Nokia N85 all of the sudden I do not what key I did (not delete for sure) press most (some of them still resides in the inbox) of SMSs disappeared from the inbox, that means I can not find them in the inbox
where would have gone, any idea how can I restore them again to the inbox?
I have a BB Torch. When a message comes in on my phone, it is displayed at the center beneath the clock. I click to open. Then just below where the box shows there a new message that had just come in, a "text message box appears". Now, then the message would be opened on clicking. It will then disappears to the inbox once read. If I go click "Text Messages", I will find that message in the inbox which is fine. I can therefore delete any message in the inbox.
The Problem Some of the messages will not be diverted into the inbox for some reasons I don't seem to gather. These though, when opened, will just show a symbol (smiley, etc.) but without any text. The symbol will appear at the extreme right.
every time i send a message from my gmail it sends it to my bb inbox. is there a reason why? is there a way to make it stop?i love gmail. i love my blackberry. but right now i just don't like the two of them togther.
I have had a Nokia E71 for the past 8 months, from last week though I am not able to open sms messages from the inbox. I can only open them when they appear as an alert on the home screen when it comes as 1 or 2 depending on how many messages have arrived. I can scroll up to the message header and then open it, but once opened in that fashion and it resides in the inbox thereon, I cannot click on the message and open it.Has someone else faced this issue? please advise.
I've noticed that opening new texts has become increasingly slow over the last few months - ie I go to open it and it takes about 8-10 seconds before the message actually appears.I am assuming that this may be because I have allowed my inbox to accumulate no fewer than 1650 text messages.I would like to delete ALL of them at once, if possible, rather than having to delete them one-by-one, which will inevitably take about 382 hours to do so at this rate
I've got an old phone (Nokia 3205) and it's always a struggle to send a message, it takes at least 20 seconds to even start writing a message and i cant reply to messages in my inbox or go to contacts and send a message. I've been googling for a good 30 mins or more and i cant find anything.
Is there a reason my BB wouldn't delete messages from my inbox? On the Pearl, i'd tell it to delete messages from my phone and actual inbox and it worked great. The new phone isn't doing that (even though the dialogue box pops up the same). Am i missing a setting or something?
This has been bugging me since i got the phone, but i've just been dealing with it. in the scheme of life, it's obviously minor, but still irritating.
Is there a way to separate and/or modify what actually goes into your Messages folder? I do not like having my emails, texts, and BBMs, in one folder. Does anyone know if/how to modify this sorting method?
