My Brother In Law had an iPhone 3G. His kids disabled the phone with a code and they can not remember what it is. Is there any way to get the pictures off the phone?

View 1 Replies View RelatedI have a Nexus 5 with Android 4.4.4 and CyanogenMod 11. Like always, it had been working really find untill today, when it started to reboot and entered in a loop. I found out that it was because the power button was broken and with the lightest touch, it would activate. Searching through the Internet I found out that many people happen to have this problem. I tried to disable the power button editing a file that is found under /system/usr/keylayout/qpnp_pon.kl, where I had to simply comment the line where the power button was.
Now, if I click the power button it doesn't happen anything, like I was expecting, but after 30 seconds of clicking it, it shuts down and it reboots like if it was an internal error or someting similar that caused that reboot.Is it possible that disabling it the way I did could cause any type of problem that made it reboot after touching it?
I know it's an internal problem or something like this because when I touch it, it doesn't lock the screen or show the power menu, so the button itself is kind of "disabled", but it keeps causing this problem.

I accidentally deleted some pictures from my phone. I downloaded a software1 (not permitted to disclose the software) to recover my deleted pictures. However I could not recover them as this software was not free. I then downloaded blackberry desktop software and backed up everything. When I downloaded ZAR 9.1 it showed my memory card as being emptied. I then tried the software1 and it showed my memory card being emptied as well. I would like to learn how I can recover these pictures.

I've just gotten a Bold 9700 and noticed that even though I have the option to sync the profile pictures of my friends with my contacts profiles on the phone, the pictures for my phone contacts remain blank. The Facebook profiles are linked to my contacts and sometimes will show the Facebook profile picture but after a while the picture reverts to a blank icon again. I've also unselected the option to sync and re-enabled the option to update Blackberry contacts with my Facebook contacts to try and force the pictures to update but no success.
I was thinking that it might also be because of a conflict wiyth other apps trying to update the contact pictures seeing as I originally imported all my contatcs from my Gmail account but I am unable to figure out which other apps, if any, are updating contact pics and thereby turn them off.
Blackberry contacts linked to a LinkedIn profile show their LinkedIn profile pics correctly though and other than that I only have BB Messenger, GTalk, Windows Live Messenger and Facebook that are linked to my Blackberry contacts.Any ideas on how I can get my contacts' pictures to sync correctly with Facebook?

I am having an issue with my pictures which i take with my iphone. For some reason the phone is not naming the pictures. If i email or text a photo to someone they are all named photo.jpeg other iphones have a format like IMG00001 and IMG00002. When i try to send pictures to people they cant save the pictures since they are all named the same thing! (Just in case it matters i am using icloud with photo stream turned on)
