LG G4 :: Cannot See All Contacts When Trying To Create Group
Oct 8, 2015I tried to create groups on the native phone app on my LG G4. Although it allows me to create a new group, it only shows a single contact as an option for any new group. I have 1000+ contacts on the device, and the native Contacts app has them (when I click the Contacts tab, there they all are).
I was on an hour-long chat with t-mobile who kept telling me the steps for creating a group, which I know. Their final advice: hard reset. I just got the damn phone, so I'd like to avoid the stress of configuring 100+ apps, folders, contacts, etc.
FYI, I have one Exchange email account and a few gmail accounts, if that has any relevance. I just migrated from the Samsung Galaxy S5 on Verizon and I relied on groups a good amount.

Oct 18, 2010When I reset my phone I stupidly put in the wrong date in the "date and time" setup. Had texted two of my contacts before I noticed this. Have now changed calendar date to correct date but in my conversations list these two contacts always default to the top. I thought when I passed the date which I had incorrectly put in first this would remedy the problem. However I have now passed this date and these two contacts still aways default to the top of my conversations list. Does anyone know how to sort this without me having to completely reset my phone from start again?

Aug 7, 2010in your contact list, i cant seem to fin out how to create a group. i am always sending pictures of my daughter to my parents and in-laws, it would make it easy to just type family, instead of finding everyones name.
i have the iphone4 with 4.0.1 on it. i can just have that one text open and it seemed to work well with the how merged texts when everyone replied back, but since the jb that function doesnt seem to work anymore. if someone replies to the text, their text goes to their text section, not to the text file for that conversation.
