I connected my iPhone 4 to my computer via USB and waited for the "box" to come up to transfer my pics from my phone to my computer~the little "box" never came up,,,,,,disconnected and tried again but with no luck

On my Razr, it came with Motocast which if you set it up on your computer, whenever you take a picture on your phone it would automatically upload it to the computer.

Basically when i go to upload a photo on Facebook on the phone and go to choose from phone libraby it doesnt let me upload any pics i've saved from emails or from safari on the phone it lets me upload any other pic from the folders that get synced from my mac or pictures i take with the phone.

If I select a certain folder from my pc to sync with my razr, will it wipe what's on the razr and replace with the selection from my PC. i just want to add certain pics to my phone. I have figured out various ways to do this withouth using Motocast but it's rather unwieldy.

For example try to upload a pic onto tineye.com with the RAZR and it has an error, but my droid 2 & samsung fascinate worked fine in the past.

The problem is that it requires a software for the data transfer and even after a long internet search I can't find it.The LG manufacturer is no longer giving support for this product so I can't download any related software from the LG site.
The USB cable is not a problem once I alread got it and it's working fine (I know that because Windows recognizes it with, although it fails to install a driver)If anyone knows an alternative link or torrent or even any other way for helping me out I'd be so glad.

View 5 Replies View RelatedI think about 4 weeks ago, I accidentally switched from JPG to .DNG settings (5 MP + 34 MP DNG mode). I noticed my picture sizes on my onedrive are much smaller(from 10mb to 1mb) and less quality. DNG files are +40MB in size, so its no wonder that onedrive is only uploading what I assume the 5 MP files.
Anyways, when I try to upload the DNG files on my laptop from my camera via usb cord, it doesn't come out right .Not only is it huge(+40mb), but the color is disorted to purplish and very bad quality.
