which is the best way to transfer videos I made with the Iphone 3GS video camera to iMac or Windows PC. I have tried iPhoto, but could not find a way.

How do i get my contacts from my i phone to my new imac, im not sure if i sync that it wont erase my address book and contacts , it says it will erase to match my new itunes library , i dont have much music on my phone, i dont care about the music , really care about the phone numbers, i know some one out there knows this for sure, appreciate any help. have a great day Information: imac new 3.06 Mac OS X (10.5.3) 24 Inch 4 gig ram :)

IPhone :: Video Back To From IMac
I accidentally deleted video from my iphone 3GS when I synced to my iMac. The video is available on my iMac via iPhoto (and as a .mov file), but it doesn't sync back to the iPhone from iPhoto. Is there any way to get the video back on the iPhone, short of saving it as a movie in the iPod program? Information: iMac G4/ iPhone 3GS Mac OS X (10.4.6)

I bought a new iMac the other day and tried to sync my iphone with my iTunes. Everything works fine as i managed to back up all my songs and transfer them back on to my iPhone, but when it came to backing up the iPhone it asks me to transfer some purchased songs to my iTunes. When i say yes to transfer those files, a message appears and says that it "cant transfer "the song" to my iPhone because i am not authorised to play it on this computer" it will then tell me that it cant copy my apps because they are not authorised to play on this computer as well.I have authorised my Itunes with my account from the store menu and i can see my account and its history but it still comes up with this message!Does anybody know what i can do? Information: iMac Mac OS X (10.6.1)

I honestly don't know what happened one day all of my music just vanished off of the system. But I still have all of my songs, books, movies etc on my iPhone. I know you can transfer things from your Macbook, imac etc from iTunes to your iPhone, but is there a way to do it the other way around?, It will be much appreicated, my iTunes library started 6 years ago, that's a lot of music lost! I want to transfer them to my new iMac and and to my MobileMe account, replacing (or adding to) the incomplete subsets on these. Can some kind person explain in noddy terms what I do? BB Bold :: Transfer A Photo From 9780 To IMac?
I took a pic with my BB and want to transfer it to my iMac at home. I tried emailing the original file, but got a General Failure error message. I then connected my BB to my iMac and tried to download using the Desktop Manager, but I cannot see a way of exporting a file using that software.

After taking a video on the 3GS, other than emailing the video, is there any way to transfer the video to your Mac? When I sync, of course iPhoto comes up, if I select a video to sync it will go to iPhoto as a picture, not a video. emailing takes too long and there is a limit to the size, also, if someone emails a video to me, is there any way to save that from the email to the phone and then delete the email so the video doesn't have to be d/l again later to watch Information: MacBook Mac OS X (10.5.6)

Okay I've read multiple threads online about this and everyone provides 3rd-party application solutions where the applications cost $20 or more. I would imagine there is a simple solution to this problem considering there MUST be some integrated ability to remove videos off of the camera besides email (which doesn't even work if the video file is too large). So, I can remove pictures from my camera because the auto-prompt allows me to use Windows XP to browse the pictures on my iPhone, but I cant get at the video. After syncing with iTunes or even without syncing, the iPhone doesn't show up in My Computer so I can't access the videos by browsing the contents of my iPhone either. I'm looking for a simple solution or a FREE third party application that will get the job done. Any solutions? Information: 3GS iPhone OS 3.0.1

I just started using my video recorder on my iPhone and if I shot for like 10 to 15 minutes and go to transfer to my computer with the Camera Wizard it gets to 100% and then stalls out and says cannot transfer do you want to try again. I took a 30 minutes (800+MB) video using iPhone. I can't transfer it to my laptop (Windows). I went to local Apple Genius Bar to get help. A technician used his Mac to transfer, no luck either. Based on his advise, I restored iPhone (lost the video) but the problem persist. Apple replaced my iPhone yesterday. I shot a test video this morning, again I can't transfer it to PC. I have shot several movies now with the iphone 3GS - and that's all great - but after I sync it with phone and all the photos and videos transfer to there, only the photos seem to transfer back into the phone and to my Apple TV.
