IPhone :: Restoring Photos From Computer To 4s?

I just changed my old iPhone 4 to iPhone 4s. I made back up regularly so I had no problems in retrieving my contacts and applications but I can't restore my photos/videos. I don't think I made the back up for this because I don't know how. I did transfer the photos/videos manually to my computer (without using iTunes) but I don't know how to restore them to my new iPhone. I've searched for this topic and found several discussions but I don't think I understand. Someone said that I should look under 'Device' and see what's there. When I connect my iPhone to my PC and iTunes comes up, on the left window under 'Device' there are 'Music', 'Movies', and 'TV Shows', but no 'Photos'.
I don't lost my photos, they're there in my computer, in a folder that I created for the back up. It's just I don't know how to send them back.

So like, I have iTunes on this computer that has the perfect back up for my iPhone, but it can't connect to any internets so I can't restore it. Is there a way for me to get that backup file and stuff and put it on a flash drive so I can put it on a different computer that can connect to internet and back up my phone?
And yeah I tried using these file destinations;
On Windows XP: Documents and Settings(username)Application DataApple ComputerMobileSyncBackup
On Windows Vista and Windows 7: Users(username)AppDataRoamingApple ComputerMobileSyncBackup
But I had no luck in finding anything after (username). Like, I don't have 'Application Data' or 'AppData' as a folder on my computer.
Any help would be a lifesaver, seriously.

I've just gotten a new desktop computer and I'd love to have my iPhone synced to it...but I cannot do that without "restoring" settings or erasing my current library to sync to this new library. The problem is I have absolutely nothing on this new computer and I do not wish to delete anything on my phone... what's the best way to go about this without losing any of my notes, photos, contacts, apps etc? I accidentally restored my iphone last year and it was horrible trying to get everything back on it, I just don't really want to do that again! I'm thinking I could possibly back up to iCloud and then erase my current library and start from there, but I'm very paranoid about losing my contacts and my photos! Also I just visited the iCloud website and I couldn't figure out how to access my photos on there.

How do I save photos before restoring Iphone 3gs? Phone crashed, wants me to restore via i tunes. I have no backup so believe restore process will delete all my photos. I promise to back up in future.

I bought a new iPhone4S. I took around 1.000 pictures with it right off the box. When I went on syncing it for the first time I restored the data from my old iPhone3G instead of creating a 'new phone' and now it doesn't show any of the new pictures I took on the iPhone4S.
Can that be reversed so the new photos are recovered?

After restoring from icloud backup, camera roll still downloads photos..! It has been over a day and it stucked at "Downloading 22 of 73"...Can I retrieve those photos with other technique? will camera roll download the photos eventually or will it be stucked for ever?

I want to restore my camera roll photos from a backup. I had problems with no service issue and it is ok now but I had to restore as new phone so could not able to get the photos. (forget to download them first). But I have the back up how can I get just these photos which is all I need from this back up.

When i plug my phone in, i go to my computer and i see my phone as the camera. But when i click on the camera no pictures pop up. Any other way? Other than texting my pictures. Is there any way to get my pictures from my phone to the computer since they dont show up in the camera on the computer, but they do show up on the camera on my phone.

I recently upgraded from iPhone 4 to the new Iphone 4s and when I connect phone to computer to transfer photos from phone to computer, I am unable to do so. Feel like such an idiot because Macs are supposed to be so intuitive, but for the life of me I cannot figure out how to transfer the photos I took with my iPhone to my iMac. I have the phone plugged in through USB. The iMac doesn't seem to recognize it. When I open iTunes though, of course I can see it. But I can find absolutely no utility to allow me to transfer the photos to my computer.

I'm baffled by the stock photo app and how to organize photos. If I go to my camera roll and "edit" I can select photos to add to an album... but only a "new" album. Why can't I add photos to my existing albums? Apple has made a push recently to be "computer free" that is, not have to use a computer to use your iphone for updates and such. Why can't photos be organized and moved around without using a computer?
