I've been working with my Itunes library and may have screwed something up...starting today, whenever I sync my Iphone with Itunes and go to the Music Tab, Itunes locks up?

Since first day I'm having problems with music player. When I click to play a song it takes several seconds to update screen, moreover hardware buttons doesn't do anything. After a few seconds mobile starts to work again, and everything seems well.
It happens with any application that play music (Microsoft, Nokia and mine), and with any music file. Same files where working perfectly on a Lumia 800.
I have a problem with music stopping playing when the screen on my Defy locks.
It does it whether using the speaker or headphones. I never used to do this and I'm wondering whether I've clicked something in settings /preferences that is making it shut down the player.
Every time i lock the screen the SIM locks as well, meaning I have to enter the SIM pin code every time I unlock the phone! Also no one can call me since the SIM is locked. This happened once in a while on 1.6 but since my update to 2.1 this morning it happens every time.

My iPod crashed, so in the meantime I figured I'd use my iPhone. Hooked it to my computer, recongized it fine, Music, audiobooks seemed to transfer to my iPhone fine (I can see them AND play them through tghe iPhone from my computer in iTunes) BUT - Anytime I go to my iPhone on its own - disconnected from my computer - and launch iTunes, all I get is Store information. I cannot seem to locate ANYTHING I transferred (and I KNOW is on the phone) using iTunes. I have moved my iTunes library to a new Windows 7 PC and cannot transfer music from the new iTunes PC to my iPhone 4S. The iPhone will only accept music transfers from the original iTunes PC. I have come to understand that an iPhone can have only one "daddy" iTunes PC, but have not been able to find out how to change the "daddy". I have done a backup of the iPhone, and a "Restore to Original Settings". Then I restored the content using the new iTunes PC. My Apps and contacts, etc. are back on the iPhone, but it still won't accept music from the new iTunes PC.

After having to re-boot my PC, I unfortunately lost some of the music on my iTunes account. The songs are still able to be played on my iPhone but in the iTunes account, to the left of the tick box there is an exclamation mark, and when I click on the song to play it, a box comes up telling me that "the song can not be used because the original file could not be found." I synced my iphone with itunes and now the music on my iphone is there, but only under "songs". The playlist titles are still under "playlists" but the songs are gone. The artists are still listed under "artists", but their albums and songs are gone. All the music is listed under "songs". How do I fix it back to the way it should be? Since downloading IOS 5.1.1 my selected music in iTunes will not download to my iphone 3GS. Never had this problem before. The itunes library shows all the albums I want to sync checked off and even when I connect the iphone with the sync cable the songs will not be synced. I've looked at all settings and everything looks the same as it always has. I did get a new iphone 3GS recently to replace a stolen one but all settings remain the same other then the new software 5.5.1.
