IPhone :: Broken Screen, Can't Backup In ITunes Because It Is Locked With Pass-code

My beloved iphone 4s was dropped in water. I have dried it out in rice for 7 days but the screen isn't working. I plugged it into my laptop to see if I can back up as I will be absolutely devastated if I lose my pictures but it says 'itunes cannot back up the phone as it is locked with a passcode'. I have always backed up to this computer so don't understand why it is asking for this now!

Everytime when I connect my Iphone to my Mac and open Iphoto with a phone connection, a warnig window keeps popping up. Showing "Photos in the Camera Roll on "Iphone 4S" cannot be viewed or imported because the iPhone is locked with a passcode." But i have never set up any passocde for my camera roll.

I put my iphone 4 into deactivated mode without removing the passcode first. When I connect to itune, itune complains about the passcode. However, on the iphone 4, only emergy call mode is available. There is nowhere I can input the passcode.

iphone 4 disabled and cannot enable unless restore with itunes. However do not have origional computer it was synced with last and also do not want to restore and lose all the numbers and personal information can I bring into apple or ATT to reset for me? I have had an X6 for about a month now, and the slider keyguard on the phone had broken off. The phone is now in a permanent state of saying 'use keyguard to unlock keys and screen'. Obviously I cant because it doesn't work!!
I have tried leaving it switched off for 15 mins, and restating it. This lets me restart the time and date but then locks once the phone opens up. I have tried a drawing pin and paper clip to slide the keyguard without the keyguard but to no avail.

Friend of my husbands gave my daughter an iphone 4 with a cracked screen. This is good enough for the daughter who would probably crack her screen soon. We WANT to restore it and not have any old data. She purchased an ATT Go phone sim card, so that she can use it with the phone. it works, says it's activated, but still won't do anything without the passcode. Isn't there a hardware reset or something?

Despite disabling 'Exchange Email account' from the phone, the 'Turn Passcode Off' option remains 'Grey' (unavailable).

My iPhone has a broken display screen and I can't connect with my iTunes because it says I have to log into my phone. I can't log into my phone because it is not working. I tried pressing the home button and then acting out the motions of entering my password, but nothing is happening. I have my replacement phone and I'm trying to reset my broken phone, but I can''t do that until I log into iTunes.I am doing this on a PC computer.
