I needed to update the address on my itunes account as my old address was an address that is no longer existing. Now I don't seem to be able to change that address on my iphone.

View 3 Replies View RelatedI have multiple email addresses on my phone (Work, School (2), and Gmail). I have set my work email as the default under default services under advanced options. If I am in messages and I use the menu to compose a new email, the correct default email (work) is used.
However, if I am browsing my files, like a picture, and I use the menu to select send as email, it will attach it to a new email but it will be my Gmail address, not my default work address as the from address.
I have double checked and my work email is set as the default. Does anyone know how to fix this? This is not a battery pull problem either... It has been this was since I got the phone, and on my replacement as well. I reboot the phone often so its not the standard do a battery pull answer.

1. In the past when ever I would write a new email I would get list of suggested email addresses in the "To" field. For example, if I would was to write the letter S I would get the email address of the people in my address book whose name starts with an S (sam, Sofia etc). for some reason this feature stopped working on my phone and I can't find how to make it work again. if I want to send an email I need to manually write the email address in the "To" field. The auto suggestion feature works perfectly on my wife's phone (an E72 with the same firmware - 22.007) but on my phone it won't suggest email addresses from my contacts.
2. Another problem is that my Gmail that is synced to the phone, through the Nokia Messenger server is locked on "hide emails older than 2 weeks". Now, I have hundreds of emails stored on my phone that dates to February 1st - the day I got the Phone.
Is there a way to delete these emails automatically, without deleting them on the Gmail account itself? It makes my phone really when going through the emails.
I have S'ony Xperia X8. The address book icon desappear of the screen corner (emails/music/numbers and address book). How can I put it in that place again?

However, when I enter a mates mac address from his iphone 4 (58:1f:AA:6A:EE:B3) in the mac filter it accepts it.
When I play around with it looks like it doesn't like the start of the mac address "7C" which draws the error message. However, if I change it to say "C7" its fine.

View 24 Replies View RelatedI have a 3gs. When I want to send an email to my girlfriend I enter the letter "Y", the first letter in her name, and two email addresses pop up. One is hers, the other is my previous girlfriend's which comes up because she had a Yahoo account. I have deleted this email address and all her contact information from every computer and phone I own. Yet, it continues to show up on this iphone when I enter the letter "Y".
How do I get rid of it? Why is it still there? Where is it stored?
