May 21, 2012I just got my iPhone 4 a month or two ago as a present so my mom and sister set up my apple Id without me and I don't want that id because I can't get in it so I made another one but it's still using the Id my mom and sister made up!so how do I make it use the other Id?

Mar 31, 2010After a simple restore. my Original Fido phone will no longer accept it as a valid sim card.I restored twice, and came to no success. Again, this is the original phone, with the original sim card, which i might add, works on 2 other phones.

Dec 6, 2014After taking the iOS 8.1.1 update to my iPhone5 periodically displays an "invalid SIM" warning. Not very often, but enough that it is annoying. If I turn my phone off, then back on, my SIM card is good and the phone works fine.Â
After waiting on hold for 45 minutes the apple care representative gave me this list of things to try... If you see 'No SIM' alert on iPhone Learn what to do if you see an "Invalid SIM" or "No SIM Card installed" alert on your iPhone.In some situations, the status bar on your iPhone might display No SIM, even though your iPhone has a SIM card. You might see an alert saying "Invalid SIM" or "No SIM Card installed."If you see any of the above symptoms on your iPhone, follow these steps:Update your iPhone to the latest version of iOS.Turn airplane mode on and then off again.Restart your iPhone.Check for a carrier settings update. Go to Settings > General > About. Install any available update.Remove the SIM card and make sure that it's a valid SIM that your carrier provided.
Also make sure that it's not damaged, worn, or modified. Then reinsert it.A SIM tray that comes with one iPhone model won't necessarily work with a different iPhone model. When you insert the correct SIM tray, the SIM tray should be flush with the device.If you have another SIM card, insert it. You can use a SIM card from any phone with the same format as your iPhone SIM card. It always stops during downloading and always the same message. According to what I could find it has something to do with error number(s) 3000-3099. But when I click on that I get a short message at the bottom of the page which says something about "an error on that page", so I cannot open it.

Apr 15, 2012I have an iphone 3gs that does nothing when not plugged in but when i plug it into the computer and the apple logo will come on and go off. I plug it into the wall charger and it boots up but says the phone needs activated and wont let me do anything else and when i unplug it to plug it into the computer it shuts off. I have put it in dfu mode and it goes to restore but at the end of the process when almost done the phone shuts off.
