I have a new iphone 4s I barely used.I cant recall if I ever synced or backed up my iphone.I forgot my password and my phone is showing "iphone is disabled connect ti itunes".Ive followed the instructions to force the phone into recovery mode and restore as a new device however when i do this itunes says " itunes has detected an iphone in recovery mode" next I choose ok and the only option i can find is to restore I dont see the option for new device. Ive choosen the recovery mode which takes about a good 30 to 60 minuets. Once complete my iphone still shows"iphone is disabled connect ti itunes".

My Iphone 4 is disabled and is saying connect to I tunes, when I try to connect it says that I need to enter a password on my phone but my phone is saying emergency calls only?
My iphone is disabled and it says connect it to itunes. I connect it to itunes and itunes says to enter the passcode, which I can't do since the phone is locked. I can't turn it off or to DFU mode.
I have a new iPhone 5S and I haven't connected to my Mac Book so far. I forgot my code for the display lock and now it's disabled and it want to connect to iTunes. So when I plug my iPhone into my MacBook, it says I must give a permission on my iphone(what I can't do because it's disabled) to connect to iTunes.
I have an iPhone 3GS, and it was misplaced for quite some time. And now that I have it back, no one remembers the passcode. I didn't realize that trying a different passcode every time it allowed me to would disable it completely. So now it says "iPhone is disabled connect to iTunes." I have no problem restoring it and it deleting all of my apps, I can get those back. I have an issue with it deleting my contacts and photos. The problem is, I was never able to back it up, beacause my computer wouldn't recognize the phone when I plugged it in. We just got a new computer and now it'll recognize it. Is there any way to save the photos and contacts and still get into the phone?
I have an iphone 4s running on 5.1 iOs and this morning I've changed my passcode and save it when suddenly I've tried to unlock my phone using my new password but it keep saying wrong passcode and I am sure 100% that I've entered the correct passcode and I've tried also to enter my old passcode but still the same. Now my iphone is disabled and it say that I must connect it to itunes...to do a restore or a recovery. But my problem is that I am afraid that when I do a restore all my apps and contacts will be wiped and I don't want that,(I have a backup on my itunes ). I've read many tutorials about that saying to put the iphone in DFU mode and recover it then syncing back the apps.....But im afraid that when i recover my iphone my apps on iTunes will be wiped too?
My mother in law gave my son her iphone 4s, however she left the password on it. My son tried entering random number (instead of asking what the code was), and now the iphone is locked with message "iphone is disabled connect to itunes". I've tried resetting and restarting the phone with no luck. It was never connected to itunes before, she didn't use icloud, and she never had it set to find her iphone so those options are out. I've tried putting it in recovery mode whole connected to itunes, downloaded the updates, and all looks great, until i get a message that it can not finish as iphone is passlocked. I'm stuck in a never-ending loop.
Yesterday, my iPhone 5 disabled and connect to itunes required. After connecting to itunes, I was restore my iphone. But now, I have lost all contacts lists, message content, notes.
my iphone says 'iphone is disabled connect to itunes' and when i do connect it, it says 'iphone could not connect to itunes because it is locked with a password and you need to unlock it but it doesnt let me as it is diabled?

My iPhone 5c is disabled and I don't have a computer to hook it up to that has internet on it is there another way to fix this problem or like a temporary passcode or something ....
I have an iPhone 4 that my friend gave me. Her younger siblings were playing on it and it's disabled and must be connected to iTunes. I have tried to restore it, but it was never synced with iTunes. The computer doesn't even recognize it at this point. It has iOS 6, but I don't know which version. Is there a way to fix this? Like a hidden reset button? I have held both the home and power button to reboot, I have put it recovery mode many times...I've done every method I have found on the internet. I've done over 5 hours of research and nothing works.
Info: iPhone 4, iOS 6.1, Was never synced with iTunes.
First post here, but this is the best forum I've found so hope you can give some advice.I received a new iPhone 4 through my employer yesterday, but when I tried to download the employer apps I needed from the Apps Store, I got the message that my iTunes account was disabled and I needed to contact Apple Support.
Although I've not purchased anything through my iTunes account in almost a year, I was notified by Discover Card Fraud division last week that someone had used my credit card to purchase approximately $80 worth of goods through iTunes. (The card was not used for any purchases other than iTunes.) I rarely use this credit card, but it was the one tied to my iTunes account. Luckily, Discover caught the purchase or I would not have known until I received a statement. Anyway, we agreed to immediately shut the account down and they sent me a new card and I thought the issue was resolved.
Before I even hooked up my new phone to the PC, I opened my iTunes account and changed the attached credit card to the new one. Saved with no problems, but when I go to the Apps Store I still receive the same "account disabled" message. I even tested further and cannot purchase anything including music.
So I contacted Apple iPhone Support last night and got a really great support person who became the mediator between me and iTunes Support (since you can't call them). Bottom line, three hours later, the issue was unresolved and remains unresolved today. This is a WORK phone. I am not interested in buying any music, videos, or TV shows. I am simply trying to download my company's free apps from the Apps Store that will setup my email and calendar sync. I even tried to setup a new iTunes account, linked it to my PayPal account, and used a different email, but am still getting the same message. I explained this to Apple Support, they agreed this would not work but were very vague about why.
Totally frustrated, and ready to pack up and return the iPhone, as a last resort I called the Discover Fraud number a little while ago. They tell me that this situation with iTune purchases and stolen credit card numbers is almost at epidemic levels now and has greatly increased over the past few months. Was their customer database breached?
I received an email early this morning from Apple Support telling me they are sorry for the problem and will get back to me as soon as possible, but I just don't understand why this is so hard to fix! Like I said, the bogus purchases were NOT made from my iTunes account so why isn't it sufficient just to change my credit card number and restore the account?
Sorry to sound so frustrated, but I really love this phone and want this to work. I so very much do not want to return to my Blackberry, but I must be able to get my work email, tasks and calendar info.
