My iphone 3gs will not charge on itunes or safari and barrerry mains, it does charge maybe6 times out of 10 on the itunes so it cannot be the battery

My iPhone 4 suddently won't charge anymore nor get recognized by iTunes it's a hardware issue but not sure which part.
Sympthoms:
iPhone 4 not charging via USB connected to Windows PC, Macbook Pro iPhone 4 not charging via wall charger iPhone 4 not being recognized by iTunes in all my computers (tried in 2 Windows PCs, a Macbook Pro) iPhone 4 not being even recognized as some device, It's like it never was connected.
At this moment I have no remaning battery charge so the phone can't be turned on. Before battery was drained, I tried to reset my phone, turn it off/on again, remore all settings (through the phone, because I can't do it through iTunes)
None of this worked. So, I guess it has something to do with the iPhone dock connector..

Iphone would not charge (wall charger). Plugged into computer and Itunes message said update itunes before iphone can charge. Did that? Now itunes will not recognize iPhone nor will it charge. Have uninstalled everything and reinstalled(twice). Have reset phone multiple times.

I can charge my new I-phone to my parents HP laptop with itunes, and connect to itunes, and i can charge my phone with a wall charger. My parents i-phones will connect to my laptop and connect to itunes on my laptop (An ASUS) but mine wont do anything on my laptop. HI my 4 S doesn't take the charge any longer, and sometimes when I turn it off and plug it, it takes a little bit of charge but doesn't hold it long, and the phone get super hot. What should I do to fix that problem, I have donwload all the last version and the phone is only a few months old.

View 21 Replies View RelatedHaving just upgraded to the iPhone 4 from a 3G, I'm so used to everything working so smoothly that I'm starting to expect I can use it more like a computer. So its slightly disappointing to see that there's an 8-pages-open-at-a-time limit in Safari. For example, I like to click a bunch of thread links on macrumors just to read them one by one, but now you can only have eight at a time before the first ones you clicked start disappearing. Don't get me wrong, on the 3G after 3 pages were open, it would either start to get very slow or just crash, so this is a huge improvement, I just thought that with the 512mb of RAM it would be a bit more capable now. Was this the same situation as it was before? (mainly on the 3GS I guess)
View 24 Replies View RelatedI had to restore my IP4 last night and last some nes roms,so im trying to get them back.Well I used pkg backup and got most back but now that I have safari downloader it keeps putting the unzipped roms in the wrong folder.Should I uninstall safari downloader to back the self installer in ines put the roms in the right place. or is safari downloader not the problem.
