I'm upgraded my iphone 3G from iOs 4.1 to iOs 5.1.1 and I have entered the set up mode for iOs 5.1.1. The problem now is I can't set up my iPhone at all and I can't sync with iTunes because iTunes cant read my phone at all after i restore it with iOs 5.1.1. My iPhone is stucked at the set up mode, hanging there without any progress.

My computer died (this was my gaming pc btw) which had my iTunes on.
Now I want to quickly set it up on my brothers pc while I wait for the parts to come for my new gaming rig. I thought I read the feature they were adding was that you could toggle it so wifi never went to sleep, or hibernate, whatever they call it, so that IM apps and texting apps on a Touch could stay active. I'm seeing what I think is the Wifi on all the time, and I'm now getting alerts from Beejive when someone texts me, but I see no setting anywhere to turn this off. Is it simply on with no option to turn it off?
