IPhone :: 3GS / Unable To Charge Via USB Adapter
I got my new iPhone 3GS yesterday. I've been able to charge it when the USB adapter is plugged directly into my PC. However, tonight, when I tried to charge it by plugging it into the USB power adapter nothing happened -- it won't charge! I checked that the USB end of the cable is snugly into the adapter (which is plugged into an outlet that has power). When I unplugged it from the power adapter and into my PC it started charging. Any clues as to what can be wrong?

IPhone :: Safe To Charge With Blackberry USB Adapter?
I have the small wall-plug-to-USB adapter from my Blackberry that looks like the one below. Is it safe to use a standard Apple 30 pin + USB connecter (pictured below the Bberry connector) with it to charge my iPhone 4S? Otherwise I have to buy a second Apple-branded connector to have one at both home and work. Info: iPhone 4S, iOS 5.1

Nokia :: Why Does N97 Charge From USB Power Adapter?
I have a N97 that charges OK when I plug it in computers USB port or in a (powered) hub.But I also have a USB power adapter that I can plug in a wall socket and it has one USB port (5V/1A) and nothing happens.Same happens when I plug it in my car using a USB adapter. Since every other phone/MP3-player/device that can be charged via USB works with these, I have to assume that this is something with my phone...

BB Torch :: 9800 Does Not Get Charge With Car Adapter
Blackberry torch 9800 gets charged from laptop and wall mount. When I tried using thru car adapter it would not work. I have checked the adapter, it charges the other non blackberry mobile. My Question, do we need to have a special car adapter for blackberry touch or do we need to make some changes in the setup.

BB Curve 8300 :: 8310 - Will Not Charge On An OEM AC Adapter
My blackberry 8310 Curve will not charge on an OEM AC adapter. It charges fine on USB or the DC adapter (i.e. car charger). I bought a new OEM AC adapter and I still have the same problem. The symptom is that the charging icon first appears (or seems to). After some short time, it starts intermittently flashing instead of showing the charging symbol. It then seems to discharge my battery more than it charges it. I'm thinking there may be a phone problem. Since charging works via other methods, and my curve is only about 14 months old, I don't think it is the battery. I also don't think it is the AC charger since I just bought a replacement and that hasn't helped.

I have been having a strange problem with my blackberry:I couldn't charge my blackberry using my AC adapter, but when I plgged it in I got the charge symbol, as though it were charging. But after a few days on the charger, the battery was still low when I unplugged it.This has happened before, a few months ago, and I put my battery into a friends blackberry and charged it on their phone. With a full battery, my phone turned on just fine, and afterward I could charge it from an AC adapter again, as though there had never been a problem.Relatedly, sometimes when I plug in my phone, it doesn't recognize that its plugged in at all. In this case, I turn off the phone, take out the battery, and then a few minutes later put the bttery back in, turn it on, and then it will recognize the charger. This time though, I tried that.After turning it back on, it recognizes that its connected to the charger, but the charge never increases.It had been running just fine while it was plugged in, and I was able to use it for two whole days on a low battery because I never unplugged the charger. Today however, I had to unplug it, and it died completely, and I can't turn it back on, even though when I plug it back i, it shows the charge screen.I don't know whether my Charge port is damaged (it doesn't appear damaged) or whether (as seems more likely) there are software issues in recognizing the battery.

Nokia :: 6700 - Unable To Delete Emails / Need Adapter For Headset Jack
Love the phone but a few niggles that I would really appreciate some help with.Does anyone know how to get rid of emails from my 6700? I have deleted from phone and server and emptied the mailboxes but the emails remain with a bin beside each one. The box is now full of deleted emails. Also as I can't use the supplied headset I need an adapter for the jack but finding it difficult as it is so new, does anyone know which older models have the same small port size so I can get one and actually manage to listen to some music! Has anyone found a torch function on this phone?

When I plug in the apple charger nothing will happen. On occaision if I shake the cord it will charge but then I can't touch it or it stops charging. This is a brand new charger that was working. Info:iPhone 4, iOS 5.1

My iphone 4 will not charge. I know that the cable and charger work fine because I can charge my iPod touch with it, however when I plug the phone it shows the plug icon on the battery ( the one that is supposed to show up when the phone is fully charged and is just pluged in) but it shows that it has 2-3 % battery and will not charge at all. the battery percentage just drops down then the phone turns off but it will turn on again but still will not charge. the baterry just stays red. this really annoys me because it looks as if it were charging but it is not. i have also tried to turn the phone off reset it and all that but it will not work.should i just take it in to the apple store or can i fix this? Info: iPhone 4, iOS 5.1

This is the second Curve in a month that won't charge. USB or wall charger. Charge light comes on and goes off after about a second. Tried various chargers and checked those chargers on other Mini USB type phones.

2 days ago i got my E52. Very nice phone,When i go to recharge it i get some strange problem, the phone isn't want to recharge while turned off.I use original recharger with some plug from the recharger to Micro USB provided by nokia inside the box.It's is the first time i got so strange problem in nokia phones.Is there anything to do with it?The phone recharges only from USB or when turned ON.

Is there a known issue with the 9300 not charging. I purchased my first in December 2010 by mid Feb 2011 it had stopped charging. I returned the phone to my carrier in the uk 3. The phone was unrepairable and was replaced under warranty. Now the replacement phone has the same problem but they are saying that it is a user issue and not a warranty issue. If they are to repair it, I need to pay £119 which is ridiculous as I could buy a new one for £179. They have told me that the charging connection is damaged on one of the internal terminals.

in d past few months, i've had to charge my battery using a desktop charger. I've tried using my wall charger. I've tried using my wall charger and usb but it doesn't work. I even changed my charger thinking it had a fault. Now the thing is, when I plug my phone, the lightning bolt appears indicating dat its charging and den it goes of after about 2 minutes. I've tried unplugging and replugging several times and even done the battery pull a couple of times all to no avail. i thought it mite be dat der was something wrong with the charging port but whenever i plug it to my computer to transfer songs in mass storage mode,it works just fine. And I do everything i want to do without a hitch. please what else can i do?

My phone charges fine with the oem travel charger, but it will not charge with any of my mini usb cables. I tried 3 different cables with 2 different computers. With the phone power off it will display "Charging Battery" but it really isn't charging. And with the phone powered on it does the same thing and the battery icon disappears, or it will display unable to charge.

I am new to the forum and have a prob with my n900 basically it wont charge,if i plug it in to any charger it will just either have a solid orange light on or slow flash the orange light 5 times then repeat the cycle.if i put a new charged battery in it from my sisters phone it works perfectly.
