IPhone 3GS :: Cannot Download Or Update Apps Anymore?
So I get a badge to update a couple apps and I go to update it. It goes back to the home screen showing waiting then it says cannot connect to iTunes store. Ok I try to download some random free apps from the store. I get the same cannot connect to iTunes store.Everything else works fine. I can surf the web, Check email, all the norm. I can browse the app store itself as well as the actual iTunes store for music and stuff. I don't understand why I can do eveyhting so normally and not be qe to download or update my apps?I'm running the latest iPhone firmware 3.1.2 and I have a 16GB 3GS

I try using the app store to download new apps on the iPhone and itunes App store and it wont let me says there's an error try downloading on the itunes store. When try updating apps the App installation bar just keeps going and going with the wait symbol keeps spinning and then says there is an error. Information: iMac iPhone OS 3.0.1

Since updating to ios 5 my iPhone 4s has had problems updating and downloading apps. I have a 100 mb/s Internet connection with Telstra and the apps take hours to download. I can't update or download any new apps from Market on my X10. I did search the other posts and tried the suggestion of going into settings/applications/manage applications and uninstall updates, but I still can't download anything plus I can't see Market on my list of applications when I go back into settings/applications/manage applications. The link for market on my apps page still seems to work.

I am facing a strange issue for the past few days that I am not able to download or update any application from the market and the message I get is " Download Unsuccessfull". I went thru several discussions on the forum and have uninstalled unpates, clear cache, restarted it several times..I already uninstall few apps thinking it was due to memory issue and have around 70 MB free memory.

I recently upgraded my Xperia Neo V to ICS since then I am not able to download any apps from Google play and I am facing the below mentioned problems:1) Unable to download apps from Google play, keep getting error 495.2) At times phone volume reduces automatically and goes to silent mode, when I increase it goes back to silent have to keep doing this several times till it stays at the desired level.3) All of a sudden the phone starts running in Safe Mode and few of the apps on the phones internal memory disappear, it comes back to normal on its own or after multiple restarts.

Well it will open for a second and then it closes and goes right back to the app page. I tried shutting it off by pushing the top button and home button at the same time but it didn't work. I tried downloading a new app and then going back to the original app I wanted to use and it still didn't work, I tried shutting it off, then plugging it in, but my phone turns on automatically when i plug it in so that didn't work either. I remember when i used to plug in my old 3g that when it backed up my iphone it would also copy the apps into the app folder now with new itunes and 3.0I cant figure out how to get itunes to copy them its nice when your restore your phone you can then just put them all back vs.having to redownload them if you want to start a new user name.Anyone figure this out?

From time to time all (or most) of my dowloaded apps dont start anymore. Klick on the icon - short flashing- and nothing. The last time I had the case, I had to uninstall and then reinstall again each app. However,this requires internet connection, is time consuming, and all data were lost. After my update to IOS5.1.1. My iPhone 4S screen is insensitive. I have switched it off (difficult to slide if it does not react) so I kept holding both buttons. When back on for the 3 rd time it seemed better but only for a couple of minutes, then I had again the same issues as before. I have not done anything else than upgrade from 5.1. To 5.1.1. I recently received a message telling me that an update was available for App World. I downloaded the update, installed it and rebooted. Now I am unable to download apps. When I hit the download button it takes me to the sign in for BlackBerry ID, then to terms and conditions and then to my ID settings! The only way I can get off this screen is to press Discard, which takes me back to where I started! I just keep going round in circles.

Yesterday i perform factory reset to my phone. Because of previously i received "Package file invalid" issue. Today i try to update my phone apps and try to download new apps on Android market over the HSDPA connection (3G). If i click Update All or single app update button or new apps Download buttons nothing happen only display "Downloading" progress bar, then i wait more than 30 minutes so not download and update. So i clear caches and data on Android market apps, download agent and restart phone and again try. But still i face this issue. So how do i fix it?I already disable automatic restore feature in Android phone privacy setting. As a result of this issue i can't update and download new apps.
