I recently bought a new nokia E7 and not long after I decided to try out the camera but the screen stays black, as in I can see the tools but the actual camera screen is black as if somethings in front of it, when I switch to the front camera (facing me) it works fine, just the back camera wont show anything?

my Nokia E63 camera light has been staying on, i dont know how to get rid of it, i think its using more of the battery, and when i turn it off it remains on, the only way it disapears is when i take the battery out.
View 2 Replies View RelatedI have observed a weird behavior of the latest Nokia Social. When I quit the application, the phone does not go offline permanently. In fact, the connection is terminated for about a second and reinitiated instantly. This behavior seems to be infinite. Terminating the connection in the connection manager does not keep the phone offline, since the connection is reinitiated instantly. The only way to revert the phone in a normal offline state is to restart it.
I have reinstalled the application - no luck.
I have observed this issue after running an update on both Symbian (Anna update) and the Social app. I am not sure, if this is somehow related to Symbian Anna.
It would be helpful to see if the problem can be reconstructed with and without the new Symbian Anna.
This issue makes the Social app quite useless, since I don't want to restart my phone every time after running it and I do not want to drain my battery with the reconnection orgy neither.
Ok, so when someone calls i can see who it is for a split second, but then the screen goes black. Newest Belle software.

Scrolling through the camera toolbar takes a while and tooltips remain on the screen without fading away as they supposedly should. I have tried taking picture regardless of the issue, but I recieved an error message which says "Unexpected error has occurred. Restart your phone." or something similar. I've already had to take it to a nokia care point twice in the past month because the screen has broken and then non responsive.I've reset the phone and hard reset as well and the problem is still there...
Basically when using the phone the screen turns black for a fraction of a second, before returning to the screen I was on. It happens about every 6 or so seconds...any advise or will I have to take it back to repairs?
Also, I have white spots on my camera screen? Is this dirt or a fault with the camera?
As we know it is not possible to use the E7 camera less than 1m distance, would it be possible to use the front camera? Especially for business cards and then scan it?
