BB Storm2 9550/9520 :: Running 5.0.323 On Storm 1 / Storm 2 Emulator Running On 5.0.224
So basically the only thing we waiting on is wifi capability and a one piece screen? to sum it up everyone who has the new .323 is basically operating on what is to come as far as software right?

BB Storm2 9550/9520 :: New OS Install Not Running
I just exchanged my S2 because the bottom half of the screen was sticking. had installed this great OS on the old one. It was the .451 I believe. I tried to figure it out yesterday and had no luck with the install. I'll admit it, I don't know what the heck I'm doing. I'm nervous because I don't want to ruin the phone.

BB Storm2 9550/9520 :: Storm 9550 Wont Update Its Software
My storm 9550 is currently running .320 which is not the newest release. Everytime I download the OS onto my computer (.517 and .607) I do the whole downloading process delete the vendor, go to application loader, it says new updates available for your phone, it does the whole downloading process but my phone still ends up with .320 --no changes. Am I missing a step, am I not supposed to delete the vendor.xml file or something.

BB Storm2 9550/9520 :: Storm 9550 Vs Bold
I have a bold 9700 right now and my dad is looking for a phone and he wants a bold 9700. before i get him one im wondering if i should get a different phone and give him my bold. I love the bold but the couple things that have been really bothering me are the dropped calls and over crappy service. Hows the 9550 on telus? and would u guys suggest switching to one? Hows the keyboard for someone thats used to a physical keyboard? the only two phones i have had are the tour and bold 9700 and i really like the keyboard, but im willing to get something thats not as good for a bigger screen. I just dont want anything thats glitchy. Im pretty picky about my electronics and especially for my phone i just want it to work. So basically my real question is is it worth it to switch to the storm? and are there any issues with the phone that someone thats a bit finicky would be pissed off at? (im not obsessed about little issues but keyboard is a huge deal to me) Edit* and is the storm 9520 out? and does it run on hspa bands? id like to stick to gsm and not switch back to cdma :/. and any other suggestions for phones if you dont think the s2 fits? Edit 2* and whats all this about a 9550 gsm? is the 9550 a "world" phone? and if its gsm im assuming its the international gsm bands and i cant get gsm on telus?

BB Storm2 9550/9520 :: Best Storm Screen Protectors?
I originally got the screen protectors Verizon sells when I bought the Storm 2, however I opened them to find out they don't cover the whole screen. They are the exact same as the Storm 1 screen protectors, so they don't cover the now integrated buttons. So who makes a good screen protector that preferably comes in a 3 pack so I can share them with my brother who got the free Storm 2 when I bought mine? I see the CrackBerry store has the SmartPhone Expert ones but it doesn't say if they cover the entire screen including the bottom buttons.

BB Storm2 9550/9520 :: Ordering My 3rd Storm 2...
The first one was working great, but three days later, the screen stopped clicking all together, so I was not able to make any selections. I called VZW and they said they would ship me out a new one. Well two days ago, I ended up getting a ******* REFURB... Needless to say, it had the bottom key sticking issue. Very annoying, but whatever. Well today, it seems to have gotten worse, and it started resetting itself randomly. Enough of that, I called VZW and my NEW (not refurbished) unit is is being over nighted. Hopefully better luck with this one. Just fyi, my original Storm 2 was a Canadian unit and SEEMED a lot more solid than my refurb, which was a mexican unit.

BB Storm2 9550/9520 :: Storm 2 Unable To See Homescreen
I have a storm 2 9520. After charging my phone up today I have noticed an error, a very annoying error infact! I have done several battery pulls but I am unable to see my homescreen. Nothing I do loads up my homescreen. If I was to navigate I need to hold down the BB key or press the green button to make a call. Also I can not bring up any icons at all.

BB Storm 9500 :: BB Storm On Low Memory / All Is Running Slowly
I was installing 6 or 7 apps in my BB Storm and the app memory became only 4 MB free,amything was running incredibly slowly,allways appearing the small watch with the arrow running and the low memory message;I deleted all the apps and just left the ones coming with BB Storm whe I bought it(Facebook,Yahoo Messenger,Black berry Messenger,Flick,Myspace,Maps,Google maps,vodafone live,vodafone music),but still low on memory,after I deleted the apps just 10 MB from a total of 128 MB;What can it be that is using 118 MB?Still running slowly;When I restart it until become on sgain can be 15 minytes or 20.What can I do to gain some memory? The apps that was coming with BB stomr that I do not use like flick and my space and few more when I touck the menu key I have no option to delete them or archive them to the SD 8 giga memory or to device memory.What can I do?I am really disappointed with Blackberry;what is the point of RIM developing a big app world store if only 1 or 2 apps in the memory meke the app memory full?why they make app store if it is useless that store,cannot install any app without make the memory slow,just 1 or 2 apps maximum.Any advise to make my app memory more?what could be make my app very full id I was already cleared the 6 or 7 apps that I was buy?I live in Spain and here there is no technical service for BB,I told to the phones shop(vodafone provider) but they do not give me any help.When I bought BB I thought it was more than a phone but now I see I can use only as a phone and little more.

BB Storm 9500 :: Storm Running Slow And Missing Calls
I've had my Storm less than 2 weeks, and too often I get a symbol in the center of the screen similar to an hourglass on a PC where the phone is processing a function so slow that it takes more than a minute to get to whatever app I've chosen. Often times I will miss calls due to this, and it shows unknown caller in the caller ID. I took it to Verizon and they couldnt explain the issue at all. They simply offered to exchange it for a new phone, but I had already waited 2 hours to see what was wrong with it, and didn't feel like waiting another hour while they were busy. Is this common, or did I just get a defective phone?

This app has been out for awhile and has recently been updated. It is the best and only Google Reader application with syncing back and forth. Instead of merely importing your feeds and not marking them back as read server side, it features real-time syncing including Starred, Liked, and Keep Unread.Works through your data connection or with Wi-Fi on the Storm2. Simple interface but is leaps and bounds above anything similar. I bought this the minute I heard of it because I had been looking for an app that synced back to mark it as read. Only app I know that can do it for Google Reader.
