I have upgraded my phone software and my maps (paid subscription) dissapeared. I had backed up my phone to memory card before upgrading software and restored settings from my card after upgrade. Called the Nokia help desk and the only advice they could give me was to take to Nokia Care Centre which I did. They reinstalled software again and an older version of Maps (i was running 3.0). I cannnot update, map updater tells me there is new software but both buttons "Cancel" and "Download" are inactive on my PC. I have tried this from differernt PC's , I have uninstalled and reinstalled but nothing. Nokia don't want to know, they just put there head in the sand and repeat the same things over and over. I see others have had similar problems, why do we always get the same response from Nokia??

My maps that Nokia reinstalled no longer has voice guidance (and yes i have downloaded again) and my license dissapeared. Do you think Nokia wold supply a free license...no way, I had to purchase another block (one month only this time). This is rubbish Nokia, sort out your inability to satisfy customers with good customer service. Oh, one more thing, if you are going to locate your help desks in the cheapest possible location, at least train your staff to speak english properly!!
